STORYLINE:
The Australian student Alek Sigley, who vanished in North Korea more than a week ago arrived in Beijing on Thursday morning.
Speaking to reporters upon his arrival at the airport, Alek Sigley said he was "very good" but declined to answer any questions about his time in North Korea.
He was accompanied by Swedish government envoy Kent Rolf Magnus Harstedt, and was ushered out of the airport by an embassy vehicle shortly after.
The 29-year-old Pyongyang university student had lost contact with family and friends in Japan and Australia on Tuesday last week.
