అక్కినేని నాగేశ్వరరావు జాతీయ అవార్డుల ప్రదానోత్సవానికి ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరైన చిరంజీవి.. దాదాపు ఆరు దశాబ్దాల క్రితం జరిగిన ఓ సంఘటనను అభిమానులతో పంచుకున్నారు. తన తల్లి గర్భిణిగా ఉన్న సమయంలోనూ నాగేశ్వరరావు సినిమా చూడటానికి ఎంతగా ఆరాటపడిందో చెప్పిన మెగాస్టార్... ఓ ఆసక్తికర విషయాన్ని పంచుకున్నారు.

మనం ప్రాణాలతో ఉన్నా, లేకపోయినా మన పేరు చిరస్థాయిగా ఉండాలని నాగేశ్వరరావుగారు ఈ అవార్డు పెట్టారని చెప్పిన చిరు... ఏదో ఒక రోజుకి దాదా సాహెబ్‌ ఫాల్కే వంటి గొప్ప అవార్డు అవుతుందని ఆశిస్తున్నట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు.

STORYLINE:
The captains of Group A in the Davis Cup Finals, France, Serbia and Japan, spoke on Sunday ahead of the start of the competition in Madrid on Monday.
"I think it's going to be enough time for him to prepare for our first match which is going to be on Wednesday," said Serbia captain, Nenad Zimonjic, about Novak Djokovic's participation.
The world number two experienced pain in his troublesome right elbow during his ATP Finals loss to Roger Federer on Thursday but was due to practice on site on Sunday afternoon in Madrid.
"It's something new, it's unique, and it's great to be part of maybe a new chapter," commented France captain, Sebastien Grosjean, on the new format of the Davis Cup.
