వరుణ్ ధావన్, అలియా భట్, సోనాక్షి సిన్హా, సంజయ్​దత్, మాధురీ దీక్షిత్ ప్రధానపాత్రల్లో నటిస్తున్న చిత్రం 'కలంక్'. పౌరాణిక డ్రామాగా తెరకెక్కుతున్న ఈ సినిమా షూటింగ్ ఇటీవలే పూర్తైంది. అభిషేక్ వర్మన్ దర్శకత్వంలో వస్తున్న ఈ సినిమాను కరణ్ జోహార్ నిర్మిస్తున్నాడు. తాజాగా పురుషుల పాత్రల పేర్లతో వారి లుక్​ను విడుదల చేసింది చిత్రబృందం.

మొదటగా వరుణ్ ధావన్ లుక్​ను విడుదల చేసింది. జాఫర్​గా వరుణ్ ఈ చిత్రంలో అలరించనుండగా.. దేవ్ చౌదరిగా ఆదిత్యరాయ్ కపూర్ ఆకట్టుకోనున్నాడు. సీనియర్ కథానాయకుడు సంజయ్​దత్ 'బాల్​రాజ్ చౌదరి' పాత్ర పోషిస్తున్నాడు.

"On a 100-mile journey, the first 90 miles can only be regarded as the half way. (a proverb meaning the traveler can only complete his journey after he finishes his last difficult part of distance). Do not seek quick success and instant benefits; do not fake achievements. It's time to knock those with such acts. We should take precautionary measures to prevent them."

Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday called for perseverance in the fight against poverty as there are only two years left for the country to meet its goal of eradicating extreme poverty by 2020.
Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, joined deliberation with deputies from Gansu Province at the second session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC), China's highest organ of state power.
Xi said that the task of poverty eradication in the two years is still very difficult, but the more difficult it is, the more confidence and determination we should have.
There should be no retreat until a complete victory is won, he added.
"On a 100-mile journey, the first 90 miles can only be regarded as the half way. (a proverb meaning the traveler can only complete his journey after he finishes his last difficult part of distance). Do not seek quick success and instant benefits; do not fake achievements. It's time to knock those with such acts. We should take precautionary measures to prevent them," said Xi.
Xi called on all the deputies to make more contributions to poverty alleviation to achieve China's goal of building a moderately prosperous society as planned.
The 13th NPC second annual session opened Tuesday in Beijing with nearly 3,000 deputies from across the country in attendance.
The session will last till March 15.
