బాలీవుడ్లో సహాయ దర్శకుడిగా పనిచేసిన హీరో ఆమిర్ఖాన్ సోదరుడు ఫైజల్ ఖాన్... 'ఫ్యాక్టరీ' సినిమాతో దర్శకుడిగా ఎంట్రీ ఇవ్వనున్నాడు. పూర్తిస్థాయి యాక్షన్ ఎంటర్టైనర్గా తెరకెక్కనుందీ చిత్రం. 2000లో వచ్చిన 'మేలా'లో సోదరుడు ఆమిర్తో కలిసి తెరను పంచుకున్నాడు ఫైజల్.

తన తండ్రి, బాలీవుడ్ దర్శక-నిర్మాత తాహిర్ ఖాన్ తీసిన 'తుమ్ మేరీ హౌ' సినిమాకు సహాయ దర్శకుడిగా పనిచేశాడు ఫైజల్ ఖాన్. 'ఖయామత్ సే ఖయామత్ తక్', 'జో జీత్ వోహీ సికిందర్' వంటి చిత్రాలకు దర్శకత్వ శాఖలో పనిచేశాడు.

"On cybersecurity and foreign interference, the sector has responded in a way that demonstrates it is taking the issue very seriously in line with community concerns. The federal government is working with the university sector to develop best practice guidelines for dealing with foreign interference. We are doing this together because it is in everyone's best interests to do so. According to the latest advice from the Australian Cyber Security Centre, the targeting of Australian universities continues to increase. This advice says: 'Universities are an attractive target given their research across a range of fields and the intellectual property this research generates. Additionally, state-sponsored cyber adversaries may use university networks as infrastructure due to their reliability and high and varied traffic, thus allowing adversaries to hide in the noise.'"

"We will establish a university foreign interference taskforce comprised of representatives from universities, national security organisations and the Department of Education. It will focus on four key strategic areas. One, a cyber security working group that will ensure our ecosystem is resilient to unauthorised access, manipulation, disruption or damage and to better manage and protect our networks as well as detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents, should they occur. Two, a research and intellectual property working group that will protect against deception, undue influence, unauthorised disclosure or disruption to our research, intellectual property and research community while also protecting academic freedom. Three, a foreign collaboration working group that will ensure collaboration with foreign entities will be transparent and in a manner that avoids harm to Australia's interests. Four, a culture and communication working group that will foster a positive security culture through engagement with government and the broader community to educate, increase awareness and improve research and cyber resilience. The task force will be comprized of 50 percent from the university sector and 50 percent from government agencies."

STORYLINE:
Australia has formed a task force to crack down on attempts by foreign governments to meddle in Australian universities.
Education Minister Dan Tehan announced the task force's launch Wednesday.
The move comes as concerns grow over Chinese influence at Australia's universities, where Chinese students are by far the largest group of foreign students.
Pro-Beijing student demonstrators have recently clashed with Hong Kong democracy advocates on Australian campuses.
Australia has also raised concerns about the influence of Beijing-funded Confucius Institutes at Australian universities.
Last year, the government angered China by banning covert foreign interference in Australian politics. Foreign political donations have also been banned.
