పన్ను రిబేటు రూ.5లక్షలకు పెంపు
మధ్యతరగతికి ఉపశమనం కల్పిస్తూ బడ్జెట్లో నిర్ణయాలు ప్రకటించింది కేంద్రం. ఆదాయపు పన్ను రిబేటు పరిమితి పెంపు, అద్దె ఆదాయంపై పన్ను మినహాయింపు పెంపు వంటి అంశాలతో ఆకట్టుకునే ప్రయత్నం చేసింది.

అందరూ ఊహించినట్లుగానే మధ్య తరగతి వర్గానికి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఊరటనిచ్చింది. ఎన్నికల వేళ ఆదాయపు పన్ను రిబేటును రూ.5 లక్షలకు పెంచింది అధికార భారతీయ జనతా పార్టీ.
మధ్య తరగతికి ఊరట..
ఆదాయపు పన్ను రిబేటు పరిమితిని రూ.5లక్షలకు పొడిగిస్తూ బడ్జెట్ ప్రసంగంలో ప్రకటన చేశారు కేంద్ర ఆర్థికశాఖ తాత్కాలిక మంత్రి పీయూష్ గోయల్. ప్రామాణిక మినహాయింపును రూ. 40వేల నుంచి రూ. 50 వేలకు పెంచారు. పన్ను ఆదా పథకాలలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టిన వారికి రూ. 6.5 లక్షల వరకు పన్ను రిబేటు ఉంటుందని పీయూష్ గోయల్ తన ప్రసంగంలో తెలిపారు. ఈ మినహాయింపులతో ప్రభుత్వం రూ. 18,500 కోట్ల ఆదాయన్ని కోల్పోనుంది. 3 కోట్ల మంది ప్రజలు లాభం పొందనున్నారు.
జాతీయ పింఛను పథకం, వైద్య బీమా, గృహ, విద్యా రుణాలపై కట్టే వడ్డీకి పన్ను కట్టాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని ఆయన తెలిపారు. బ్యాంకు, పోస్టు ఆఫీస్ ఖాతాల్లో డిపాజిట్లపై ప్రస్తుతం రూ. 10వేల వరకు మాత్రమే మినహాయింపు ఉంది. దీనిని రూ.40వేలకు పెంచారు పీయూష్ గోయల్.
మూలధన లాభ ప్రయోజనాలను రెండో ఇంటిపై చేసే పెట్టుబడులకు కూడా అందించాలని నిర్ణయించింది ప్రభుత్వం. దీనికి మూలధన లాభ పరిమితి 2 కోట్ల కాగా జీవిత కాలంలో ఒక్కసారి మాత్రమే ఉపయోగించుకోవచ్చు.
ఇంటి అద్దె, నిర్మాణం విషయంలో ....
అద్దె ఆదాయంపై పన్ను మినహాయింపును రూ. 1.80లక్షల నుంచి రూ. 2.4 లక్షలకు పెంచారు. సెక్షన్ 80 ఐబీఏ కింద విక్రయం కాని ఇళ్ల అద్దెపై విధించే పన్ను మినహాయింపును మరో సంవత్సరం పొడిగించారు. దీనితో గడువు మార్చి 2020న ముగుస్తుంది. అందుబాటు ధరల్లో ఇళ్ల నిర్మాణ రంగం లాభపడనుంది.
రెండో ఇంటిపై చేసే పెట్టుబడికి 2 కోట్ల వరకు మూలధల లాభం ప్రయోజనాలు ఇవ్వనున్నారు. ఇది ప్రస్తుతం ఒకే ఇంటికి మాత్రమే ఉంది. ఇప్పటి వరకు స్వతహాగా నివసిస్తున్న ఇంటి అద్దెకు మాత్రమే పన్ను మినహాయింపు ఉండేది. దీనిని రెండో ఇంటికి కూడా పొడిగించారు.
కార్మికులకు..
గ్రాట్యుటీ పరిమితిని రూ. 10 లక్షల నుంచి రూ. 20 లక్షలకు.... కార్మిక బీమాను రూ. 2.5 లక్షల నుంచి రూ. 6 లక్షలకు పెంచారు.
అసంఘటిత రంగంలోని కార్మికులకు పింఛన్ల ఇచ్చే ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రమ్ యోగి మాన్ధాన్ యోజనను ప్రకటించారు. దీని ప్రకారం 60 ఏళ్ల వయస్సు నుంచి నెలకు రూ.3వేల పింఛను పొందనున్నారు. ఈ పథకంలో కార్మికులు, ప్రభుత్వం రూ. 100 చొప్పున జమ చేయనున్నారు. ఇది రూ. 15వేల వరకు ఆదాయం ఉన్న వారికి మాత్రమే వర్తించనుంది. దీనికోసం ఈ బడ్జెట్లో రూ. 500 కోట్లను కేటాయించింది ప్రభుత్వం. ఈ పథకంతో 10 కోట్ల మందికి లబ్ధి చేకూరనుంది.

STORYLINE:
ASHLEY MONROE'S 'WILD LOVE' FOR LONDON
Last time Ashley Monroe was in London, she was inspired to write her hit, "Wild Love."
Now she's back in the U.K. on tour and is performing it for the respectful, attentive crowds.
"Within hours of landing even, this melody came in my head and the words - I could hear, you know, some of the words. And I actually found it in old voice memos the other day of where I was kind of working through the melody and the lyrics while I was over here," the 32-year-old country star told the Associated Press in London Tuesday (29 JANUARY 2019).
"This city just blew me away," Monroe continues. "I felt the confidence from the people and just such beauty and such character everywhere I looked - it was just I felt very much alive, clearly."
She has just announced that she's releasing an acoustic EP on February 15 which will feature a more stripped-back version of "Wild Love" and a few other tracks from her most recent album, "Sparrow."
And as well as being busy on her solo tour, Monroe will be reuniting with her supergroup, Pistol Annies, this April to perform at the 87th birthday tribute concert to Loretta Lynn in Nashville.
Pistol Annies consists of Monroe, Miranda Lambert and Angaleena Presley, who gave birth to a daughter earlier this month.
Loretta Lynn "had a gift and I think that, that she's a great example of you can do anything you want to do if you're meant to do it. And she's been so great to me and to the (Pistol) Annies and to everyone around her - that's why she's so, so loved," says Monroe.
Other acts on the bill for what is being called Lynn's 87th birthday party are Jack White, Garth Brooks, George Strait, Trisha Yearwood, Little Big Town, Martina McBride, Keith Urban, Kacey Musgraves, Brandy Clark and Darius Rucker.
