'అయోధ్య కేసులో మధ్యవర్తిత్వంతో గందరగోళం' - రాజకీయంగా సున్నితమైన రామజన్మభూమి-బాబ్రీ మసీదు కేసు
రాజకీయంగా సున్నితమైన అయోధ్య రామజన్మభూమి-బాబ్రీ మసీదు కేసులో మధ్యవర్తిత్వాన్ని పునరుద్ధరించడం.. గందరగోళానికి దారితీస్తుందని విశ్వహిందూ పరిషత్(వీహెచ్పీ) అభిప్రాయపడింది. ఈ కేసులో సుప్రీం కోర్టు తీర్పు వచ్చే వరకు వేచి చూడాలని హిందూ పక్షాలకు సూచించింది.

'అయోధ్య కేసులో మధ్యవర్తిత్వంతో గందరగోళం' అయోధ్య రామమందిరం కేసుపై విశ్వహిందూ పరిషత్(వీహెచ్పీ) స్పందించింది. మధ్యవర్తిత్వాన్ని పునరుద్ధరించడం గందరగోళానికి దారితీస్తుందని అభిప్రాయపడింది. ఈ కేసులో సుప్రీం కోర్టు తీర్పు వచ్చే వేచిచూడాలని హిందూ పక్షాలకు సూచించింది వీహెచ్పీ. మధ్యవర్తిత్వానికి సంబంధించి తమనెవరూ సంప్రదించలేదని వెల్లడించింది.
''అయోధ్య కేసులో సుప్రీం కోర్టు 40 రోజులు, 200 గంటలకుపైగా విచారణ జరిపింది. వాదనలు ముగిశాయి. కేసు తుది దశకు వచ్చిన సమయంలో మధ్యవర్తిత్వాన్ని పునరుద్ధరించడం గందరగోళానికి దారితీస్తుంది.''

సున్నీ వక్ఫ్ బోర్డు ఈ వ్యవహారంలో సెటిల్మెంట్ కోసం ప్రయత్నించినట్లు వార్తలు వస్తున్న నేపథ్యంలో వీహెచ్పీ ఈ వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసింది.
అయోధ్య కేసు పరిష్కారంలో మధ్యవర్తిత్వ కమిటీ విఫలమైందని.. ఆగస్టు 6 నుంచి రోజువారీ విచారణ చేపట్టిన అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానం... అక్టోబర్ 16న వాదనలు ముగించింది. అదే రోజు సయోధ్య యత్నాలపై కమిటీ.. సుప్రీం కోర్టుకు తమ రెండో నివేదిక అందించింది. నవంబర్ తొలి వారంలో తీర్పు వెల్లడయ్యే అవకాశముంది.

"You know, because of the communities and the costs at some of the other organizations or, you know, businesses are charging, they're definitely coming, I mean, we have people that are bringing four kids in one family. They can't afford four times $65 or four and $35, you know? So the free resource is probably the biggest. And then when they come here, they actually enjoy their experience, which is why they're returning."

"There are still a lot of kids at home during this strike and that is because these kids are going to school at 7:30 and 8:00 in the morning. You know, some of the sites aren't open until 10 (AM), and then not having transportation. You know, so parents - you know, I've had some mixed reviews in terms of some parents are like, 'now I have my kids home,' you know, they're really hoping it doesn't go past today because they're like, I have my kids home and what does a bored child do, right? An idle child, a child sitting with nothing to do, they're bored, they get in trouble easily."

"My prayer, honestly, just has been that the kids remain first and that this is not - and you know, I even apologized to the kids we had here yesterday on behalf of adults. Because adults - we don't have it all together and we always think we know what's best. But again, it's not to bash the teachers or the union or neither the mayor, but just while that's going on, what about the children? So we're just trying to step in as a community and as an after-school program that steps in to engage these youth while they're working it out."

STORYLINE:
Some Chicago parents are leaning on family, friends and community groups to help care for their children as teachers in the nation's third largest school district went on strike this week.
Parents whose jobs have inflexible scheduling and keep them on tight budgets that won't cover admission prices for a variety of "strike camps" planned around the city were forced to find alternate plans. While some relied on family members, others turned to the city's churches and nonprofit groups for help.
The Ark of St. Sabina extended its after-school "safe haven" program hours to accommodate Chicago Public School students whose classes were canceled for a second day.
Courtney Holmon, senior program director at The Ark of St. Sabina, said she thinks parents took kids to work or stayed home this week. But if the strike continues, she expects more families on the South Side to need The Ark's free program.
"We have people that are bringing four kids in one family," Holmon said. "They can't afford four times $65."
