Power supply and drinking water system were restored in most parts of Venezuela on Wednesday following a massive blackout on March 7.
At the Simon Bolivar International Airport, the escalators were in service, entry hall brightly lit and flight information display screens running normally.
Also, the shops, stores and restaurants were all open to provide sufficient goods and foods.
It was learned that some areas were still without power, including Baroda in Caracas and parts of western Venezuela.
Power failures caused problems for water supplies in the country.
From March 10, the government has launched an emergency plan to provide food, drinking water and other relief supplies to the residents. It set up eight places to distribute drinking water Caracas alone.
"We volunteers are recording the [number of people who come], there are no limits to liters per person, they can get as much water as they can," said Bexy Gonzalez, staff member of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment.
The Minister of Water Administration said on Wednesday that 90 percent of Venezuela's water system had been restored to guarantee drinking water for 70 percent of the population.
"We are solving the problem, for example, the electricity was back, with frequent interruptions, but we are solving it," said Elqui Moya, a resident.
