STORYLINE:
US President Donald Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen showed anger at a photographer while walking through New York City Saturday.
Cohen told freelance photographer, David Herrick, "You crossed the line. That's My family. Trump has already done enough damage to them. You don't need to add to it."
Cohen plans to hold a press conference before he enters prison on Monday.
Cohen, 53 was asked if he would have anything to say before he reports to the Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville to start a three-year sentence for tax evasion, lying to Congress and campaign finance crimes.
He said, "Be there."
Attorney Lanny Davis told The Associated Press Friday that Cohen's legal team asked prosecutors in March for a chance to discuss reducing his three-year prison sentence based on his cooperation.
They didn't get that meeting.
Davis says it is unfair Cohen was the only one charged in a scandal involving hush money payments to two women who threatened to speak up about alleged affairs with Trump.
The US Attorney's Office in Manhattan declined to comment.
