విశాఖ రైల్వే ఇండోర్ స్టేడియం వేదికగా 71వ జాతీయ స్థాయి వెయిట్ లిఫ్టింగ్ పోటీలు జరుగుతున్నాయి. రెండో రోజు పోటీల్లో... తెలుగు క్రీడాకారులు సత్తా చాటారు. 55 కేజీల విభాగంలో ఆంధ్రకు చెందిన మత్స సంతోషి బంగారు పతకం కైవసం చేసుకుంది. మొత్తం మీద 106 కేజీలు ఎత్తి అందరినీ అబ్బురపరిచింది. మరో క్రీడాకారిణి డీ. ఉష రజత పతకం గెలవగా... పంజాబ్ కు చెందిన హరిప్రీత్ కౌర్ కాంస్య పతకం సాధించింది. రాష్ట్రానికి చెందిన క్రీడాకారులు మంచి ప్రతిభ సాధిస్తున్నారని.. ఆల్ రౌండ్ ఛాంపియన్ షిప్ గెలుకుంటారనే ఆశాభావం ఉందని డీఆర్ఎం ఎస్ఎస్ మాధుర్ తెలిపారు.
