నవ్యాంధ్ర రాజధాని అమరావతి ప్రాంతంలో భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ విలువ పెరిగింది. దీనికి ఆమోదం లభించింది. రాజధానిలోని 29 గ్రామాల్లో భూముల ధరల పెంపు ప్రతిపాదనల దస్త్రానికి సీఆర్డీఏ ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. దీంతో ఆగస్టు ఒకటో తేదీ నుంచి కొత్త ధరల ప్రకారం రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు చేయడానికి అధికారులు సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఆ ప్రాంతంలో గజం ధర రూ.వెయ్యి ఉండగా... రూ.2,500కు పెంచారు. రూ.2,500 ఉన్నచోట రూ.5 వేల వరకు పెరిగాయి. రాజధానియేతర ప్రాంతాల్లో ఈ స్థాయిలో పెంచలేదు. గుంటూరు జిల్లా వ్యాప్తంగా సగటున రూ.200 నుంచి రూ.2 వేలకు మించి పెంపుదల లేదు.

Srinagar (JandK), July 22 (ANI): A local group in association with the Jammu and Kashmir Hajj Committee is organising a special training programme for the Hajj pilgrims to prepare them for their journey to Saudi Arabia. While speaking to ANI, trainer said, "We are organising this programme till July 26 to train the pilgrims for the Hajj. We tell them how to prepare for the pilgrimage; what documents they need to keep with themselves; what to carry; how to handle the luggage and spend time on the airport. People have to be very patient during this time." During the training, the pilgrims are told about boarding, lodging and other activities. There were also several posters highlighting routes and itinerary for the pilgrimage. "They told us about the pilgrimage and the holy place of Mecca. They also talked about being patient and following the rules at the airport. During Hajj, we have to keep in mind that we are representing our country in a different nation," said Rafiq Shah, a pilgrim. The authorities are also distributing special pamphlets consisting of important information in this regard. Meanwhile, the organiser Anas Bhat said, "The training programme is intended to help the pilgrims navigate through the entire process. There is a framework, which helps them mentally prepare for the pilgrimage ahead of time." The Hajj is an annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia, the holiest city for Muslims.
