ఏపీపీఎస్సీ తీరుపై విద్యార్థి సంఘాలు అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశాయి. గతంలో ప్రకటించిన 33 నోటిఫికేషన్లలో 14 పరీక్షలకు జనరల్ స్టడీస్ పేపర్ను ఆంగ్లంలో నిర్వహిస్తుండటంపై ఆగ్రహించాయి.

STORYLINE:
Militants in Afghanistan set off a suicide blast on Wednesday morning and stormed a construction company near the airport in Jalalabad, the capital of eastern Nangarhar province, killing at least 16 people, officials said.
Attahullah Khogyani, spokesman for the governor in eastern Nangarhar province, said that along with the 16 killed, nine other people were wounded when the militants launched a suicide bombing and stormed a construction company near the airport outside Jalalabad, the provincial capital.
He said the attack started around 5 am and lasted until 10:30 am.
Khogyani said there were five attackers, two of whom detonated their suicide vests while three others were shot and killed by the security forces.
He said the fighting has ended but a clear-up operation was still underway.
Hedayetullah, a military doctor at the site, said he evacuated two wounded victims from the site following the attack.
No one immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, but both the Taliban and the Islamic State group are active in eastern Afghanistan, especially in Nangarhar province.
