ఎన్నికల సమీపిస్తున్న వేళ రాష్ట్రంలో రాజకీయ వలసలు జోరందుకున్నాయి. తాజాగా ఇద్దరు అధికార తెదేపా నేతలు వైకాపా గూటికి చేరారు. మరికొందరు అదే బాటలో ఉన్నారన్న ఊహాగానాలతో అధికార తెదేపా ప్రత్యామ్నాయాలు సిద్ధం చేసుకుంటుంది. ఎవరు వెళ్లినా నష్టం లేదంటుంది.

శీతాకాలం వస్తే సైబిరియన్ పక్షులు ఉష్టమండల ప్రాంతాలకు వలస వెళ్లినట్లు ఎన్నికల సమీపిస్తున్నాయంటే చాలు రాజకీయ పక్షులూ వలసలు ప్రారంభిస్తాయి. సైకిల్ దిగి ఫ్యాన్ గాలికో, కమలం వీడి ఛాయ్ గ్లాసుకో, పార్టీలు మారిపోతూ అనుకూల నిజయోకవర్గాల్లో పోటీకి సిద్ధమవుతుంటారు. ఎన్నికల ముందు నుంచే ప్రారంభమయ్యే ఈ రాజకీయ వలసలు అధికార పార్టీలో పదవుల సంపాదించే వరకు కొనసాగుతాయి. రాష్ట్రంలో తాజా వలస రాజకీయాలు చూసేద్దాం.
అనకాపల్లి ఎంపీ అవంతి శ్రీనివాస్, చీరాల ఎమ్మెల్యే ఆమంచి కృష్ణ మోహన్ అధికార తెదేపాను వీడి ప్రతిపక్ష వైకాపా కండువ కప్పుకున్నారు. కోరిన పదవి రాలేదనో, నచ్చిన నియోజక వర్గంలో సీటు దక్కలేదన్న కారణాలు చూపుతూ రాజకీయ దూకుళ్లకు తెరతీశారు. ఎన్నికలు దగ్గర పడుతున్నవేళ వలసల పరంపర కొనసాగే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నందున్న అధికార పార్టీ అధిష్టానం ప్రత్యామ్నాయాలు సిద్ధం చేస్తోంది.
రాష్ట్రంలో మారుతున్న రాజకీయ పరిణామాలకు అనుగుణంగా పార్టీని బలోపేతం చేసేందుకు ప్రణాళికలు రచిస్తున్నారు సీఎం చంద్రబాబు. సంక్షేమ పథకాలు, అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలే ఎన్నికల మంత్రంగా ప్రజల్లోకి వెళ్లేందుకు సిద్ధమవుతున్నారు.
2014 సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల తర్వాత తెదేపాలో చేరిన నేతలు మళ్లీ వలస బాట పట్టారు. ఆశించిన మంత్రి పదవుల దక్కలేదని, కోరిన స్థానాలు కేటాయించలేదని, ప్రతిపక్షనేతలు చూపుతున్న తాయిలాల మెచ్చి పార్టీలు మారేందుకు సై అంటున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే ముగ్గురు తెదేపా నేతలు ఫ్యాన్ గాలి కోసం వెళ్లే, మరికొందరు అదును కోసం వేచిఉన్నారు. వారి అనుచరగణం వలస బాట పడుతోంది.
తూర్పుగోదావరి, ప్రకాశం, గుంటూరు జిల్లాలోని ఒకరిద్దరు నేతలు వైకాపా నేతలలో చర్చలు జరుపుతున్నారన్న గుసగుసలు వినిపిస్తున్నాయి. ఎన్నికల కూత వినిపించగానే పార్టీ కండువాలు మార్చేసే నేతలను ప్రజలు నమ్మబోరని అధికార పార్టీ నేతలు అంటున్నారు.
పార్టీ వీడుతున్న నేతలు, వారి అనుచరగణంపై తెదేపా విశ్లేషణ ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంభించింది. ఇంకొందరు నేతలు అదే బాట ఉన్నారని తెలుసుకొని దిద్దుబాటు చర్యలు చేపట్టేందుకు సిద్ధమయ్యింది. ఈ వ్యవహారాలపై అధిష్టానం సీరియస్గా ఉందంటున్న నేతలు వలసలకు తొందరలోనే చెక్ పడుతుందని ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.
కొందరు పార్టీ వీడితేనే మంచిదంటున్న తెదేపా నేతలు.. కండువాలు మార్చే నేతలను ప్రజలు నమ్మరని గుర్తుచేస్తున్నారు. అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలే తిరిగి అధికారాన్ని కట్టబెడతాయని ధీమాగా ఉన్నారు.
కోటి రైతు కుటుంబాలకు రూ.10 వేలు పెట్టుబడి సాయం, 93 లక్షల డ్వాక్రా మహిళలకు రూ.20 వేలు ఆర్థికసాయం, 54 లక్షల మందికి పింఛను రెట్టింపు, ఇతర సంక్షేమ పథకాలే తెదేపాకు అధికారాన్ని తెచ్చిపెడతాయంటున్నారు. సీఎం చంద్రబాబు అనుభవం, దార్శినీయకతను ఏపీ ప్రజలు కోరుకుంటున్నారన్న అభిప్రాయం వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు. నేతలు మారిన తెదేపాపై ప్రజల ఆదారాభిమానాలు మారవంటున్నారు. అవకాశవాదులకు పార్టీలో స్థానం లేదని స్ఫష్టం చేస్తున్నారు.
