రాహుల్ రామకృష్ణ. అర్జున్రెడ్డి సినిమాలో హీరో స్నేహితుడిగా నటించి గుర్తింపు తెచ్చుకున్నాడు. డైలాగ్ టైమింగ్ ఉన్న నటుడిగా పేరు పొందాడు. ఇప్పుడు హాలీవుడ్లో హీరోగా నటించాలన్న కల తీర్చుకోబోతున్నాడు.

రాహుల్ రామకృష్ణ. అర్జున్రెడ్డి సినిమాలో విజయ్ దేవరకొండ స్నేహితుడిగా నటించి గుర్తింపు తెచ్చుకోవడమే కాదు... మంచి డైలాగ్ టైమింగ్ ఉన్న నటుడిగానూ పేరు పొందాడు. విలేకరిగా జీవితాన్ని మొదలుపెట్టి.. కథా రచయితగా, పాటల రచయితగా, నటుడిగా టాలీవుడ్లో మంచి స్థానాన్ని సొంతం చేసుకున్నాడు. ఇప్పుడు తన నట జీవితంలో మరో స్థానాన్ని చేరుకునేందుకు సిద్ధమయ్యాడు. హాలీవుడ్లో హీరోగా నటించాలన్న తన కలను తీర్చుకోబోతున్నాడు.

సిల్క్ రోడ్ పేరుతో తెరకెక్కనున్న హాలీవుడ్ సినిమాకు.. ప్రదీప్ కటసాని స్వీయ దర్శకత్వంలో నిర్మిస్తున్నారు. 2 గంటల నిడివితో ఈ చిత్రాన్ని రూపొందిస్తున్నారని.. అమెరికాలోని లాస్ ఏంజెల్స్లో డ్రగ్స్, సైబర్ క్రైమ్ నేపథ్యంలో కథ ఉంటుందని తెలుస్తోంది. ఇందులో రాహుల్.. తెలుగు విద్యార్థిగా కనిపించబోతున్నట్టు సమాచారం. ఈ సినిమాకు సంబంధించిన విశేషాలను రాహుల్ సామాజిక మాధ్యమాల్లో పంచుకున్నాడు. ఇన్నాళ్లూ ఈ సందర్భం కోసమే ఎదురుచూస్తున్నట్టు చెప్పాడు.

With an atmosphere of the Chinese Spring Festival getting stronger, a series of festive activities such as parade and dragon boat racing kicked off on Friday in Dubai of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), attracting hundreds of people from the local Chinese community and Chinese culture enthusiasts.
The Spring Festival parade took place at the pedestrian square of downtown Dubai, under organization by the Chinese Consulate-General in Dubai
Before the parade started, Tan Li, Acting Consul General and Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum, Dubai Royal Prince, enlightened the dancing-lions’ eyes by using a red ink brush.
As the dancing lions danced and bounced in the cheerful atmosphere, the parade was officially unveiled with over 20 parade sections showing colorful traditional Chinese festive clothes, festooned vehicles and folk customs full of Chinese characteristics.
Chen Yun, an oversea Chinese student, said, "As students who study aboard, especially the younger new generation, we share great responsibility to disseminate Chinese culture."
Among the crowd, either local residents or foreigners living in Dubai stopped by, to enjoy the auspicious festival atmosphere.
On the same day, the UAE Dragon Boat Association hosted a dragon boat race in Dubai, with the participation of 1,200 racers from 60 professional teams and amateur teams.
The race was held around the Palm Island that was elaborately decorated with attractive items featuring Chinese folk customs, like lanterns and calligraphic works.
Jensen Mackenzie, head of UAE Dragon Boat Association, said, "Dragon boating originated in China 2,500 years ago. So it is a very special part of every dragon boat community. And that's why we embrace the Chinese New Year for this."
There were over 100 participants from six Chinese teams, including professional teams especially coming from China, as well as amateur teams consisting of employees who work in China-invested companies and private sectors.
Ma Da, captain of the Dubai Dragon Boat Team, said, "With the Chinese Spring Festival approaching, we feel proud of participating in the dragon boat race."
The Spring Festival is China's grandest traditional festival when people across the country return to their hometowns for Chinese Lunar New Year celebrations and family reunion. The Spring Festival is also observed by Chinese communities abroad. This year's Spring Festival falls on February 5.
