കുടുംബത്തോടൊപ്പം ബന്ധു വീട്ടിൽ ചടങ്ങിന് പോയിരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു കുട്ടി. ചടങ്ങിനിടെ വീടിനു പുറകിലെ ശുചീമുറിയിൽ പോയ കുട്ടിയെ ആറംഗസംഘം തട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയി പീഡിപ്പിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
ഇവരിൽ നിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്പെട്ട കുട്ടി തിരിച്ചെത്തി കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളോട് സംഭവത്തെ പറ്റി പറഞ്ഞു. തുടർന്ന് വീട്ടുകാർ പൊലീസിൽ പരാതി നൽകുകയായിരുന്നു. പരാതിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽകുക്ഡുർ പൊലീസ് കേസെടുക്കുകയും പ്രതികളെ പിടികൂടുകയും ചെയ്തു.
തക്ക സമയത്ത് രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടില്ലായിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ പ്രതികൾ തന്നെ കൊലപ്പെടുത്തിയേനെ എന്ന് കുട്ടി പൊലീസിനോട് പറഞ്ഞു.

In a shocking incident, a six-year-old girl was gang-raped by six men at Devsara village in Chhattisgarh on Saturday. Police have arrested all the accused.
According to police, the minor girl went to attend a family function along with her family.
The incident happened when the victim went to the washroom at the backside of the house. The accused men kidnapped the girl, took her to the nearby forest hut and gang-raped her.
The girl somehow managed to escape and told her ordeal to her family.
Following this, the family registered a complaint at Kukdur police station.
According to the victim had she not escaped the spot the accused might have killed her.
On the basis of the sketch provided by the victim, the police nabbed all the accused.
A further police investigation is underway.
