ഇന്ത്യൻ ആർമിയുടെ ആദ്യത്തെ കമാൻഡർ-ഇൻ-ചീഫ് ഫീൽഡ് മാർഷൽ കെ.എം. കരിയപ്പയുടെ സേവനങ്ങളോടുള്ള ആദരവായിട്ടാണ് വെറ്ററൻസ് ദിനം ആഘോഷിക്കുന്നത്

ന്യൂഡൽഹി: വെറ്ററൻസ് ദിനത്തിൽ മുൻ സൈനികരെ അഭിവാദ്യം ചെയ്ത് പ്രതിരോധമന്ത്രി രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിംഗ്.ഇന്ത്യൻ സായുധ സേനയിലെ എല്ലാ മുൻ സൈനികർക്കും അദ്ദേഹം ആശംസകൾ അർപ്പിച്ചു. സൈനികരുടെ നിസ്വാർത്ഥമായ സേവനവും അവർ ചെയ്ത ത്യാഗവും ഒരു വാക്കില്‍ ഒതുക്കാന്‍ കഴിയുന്നതല്ലെന്നും അവരുടെ സേവനങ്ങളോട് രാജ്യം കടപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നുവെന്നും പ്രതിരോധ മന്ത്രി ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു.
