മരട് കേസില്‍ മാത്രം വ്യത്യസ്തമായി സുപ്രീംകോടതി വിധി പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചത് എന്തുക്കൊണ്ടെന്ന് ജയറാം രമേശ്

ന്യൂഡൽഹി: മരടിലെ ഫ്‌ളാറ്റുകൾ പൊളിച്ചുനീക്കാൻ ഉത്തരവിട്ട സുപ്രീംകോടതി വിധിക്കെതിരെ മുൻ കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രിയും രാജ്യസഭാംഗവുമായ ജയറാം രമേശ്. ട്വിറ്ററിലൂടെയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ വിമർശനം . മരടിലേതിന് സമാനമായ നിയമലംഘനമാണ് ഡി.എല്‍.എഫ്. ഫ്‌ളാറ്റ് കേസിലും മുംബൈ ആദര്‍ശ് ഹൗസിങ് കോംപ്ലക്‌സ് കേസിലും നടന്നത്. ഇത്തരം ഉത്തരവിടാതെ, എന്തുകൊണ്ടാണ് മരട് കേസ് മാത്രം വ്യത്യസ്തമായി കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നതെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്തു.
