ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಕ್ಕೆ 15 ದೇಶದ ದೂತವಾಸರ ಭೇಟಿ: ವಾಸ್ತವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವಲೋಕನ

15 ದೇಶಗಳ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳು ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ವಾಸ್ತವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಶ್ರೀನಗರ: ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್​ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ರದ್ಧುಗೊಳಿಸದ ನಂತರ ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ವಿದೇಶಿ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇಲ್ಲಿನ ವಾಸ್ತವ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅವಲೋಕನ ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಶ್ರೀನಗರದ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶೇಷ ವಿಮಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಂದ್ರಾಡಳಿತ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಉನ್ನತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದ್ರು. ಇಂದು ಜಮ್ಮುಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಲಿರುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಲೆಫ್ಟಿನೆಂಟ್ ಗವರ್ನರ್​​ ಮತ್ತು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ನಡೆಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿರುವ ವಿದೇಶಾಂಗ ಇಲಾಖೆ ವಕ್ತಾರ ರವೀಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್, ಅಮೆರಿಕ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕೊರಿಯಾ, ವಿಯೆಟ್ನಾಂ, ಬಾಂಗ್ಲಾದೇಶ, ಮಾಲ್ಡೀವ್ಸ್, ಮೊರಾಕ್ಕೋ, ಫಿಜಿ, ನಾರ್ವೆ, ಫಿಲಿಪ್ಪೀನ್ಸ್‌, ಅರ್ಜೆಂಟಿನಾ, ಪೆರು, ನೈಜರ್, ನೈಜೀರಿಯಾ, ಟೋಗೊ, ಮತ್ತು ಗಯಾನಾ ದೇಶದ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳು ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದಲ್ಲಿನ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿಯಲು ಭದ್ರತಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲು ಸಭೆ ನಡೆದಿದೆ. ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದನಾ ಬೆದರಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆಯೂ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರವನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೈಗೊಂಡ ಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯುವುದು ಭೇಟಿಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿತ್ತು ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಇನ್ನು ಯುರೋಪ್ ಒಕ್ಕೂಟಗಳ ರಾಯಭಾರಿ ಭೇಟಿ ರದ್ದಾದ ವಿಚಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಕ್ರಿಯಿಸಿದ ಅವರು, ಈ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳ ಗುಂಪು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬಹುದಾದಷ್ಟು ಚಿಕ್ಕದಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಭಿನ್ನ ಭೌಗೋಳಿಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸುವ ವಿಶಾಲ ಆಧಾರಿತವಾಗಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಾವು ಬಯಸಿದ್ದೆವು. ನಾವು ಯುರೋಪ್ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿದಾಗ ಅವರು ನಮ್ಮ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವನ್ನು ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಅವರು ಗುಂಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಲು ಬಯಸಿದ್ದರು ಎಂದು ನಾವು ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ದೆವು. ನಿಯೋಗವು ತುಂಬಾ ದೊಡ್ಡದಾಗುವ ಕಾರಣಗಳಿಂದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನವನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
