ಹೈದರಾಬಾದ್: ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ದಿನೇ ದಿನೇ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಮೇಲಿನ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗುತ್ತಲೇ ಇವೆ. ದಿಶಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಜನರು ಇನ್ನೂ ಮರೆತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಷ್ಟರಲ್ಲೇ ಹಲವಾರು ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಬೆಳಕಿಗೆ ಬಂದಿವೆ. ಈಗ ಕಾಮುಕ ಅಳಿಯ ತನ್ನ ಅತ್ತೆ ಮೇಲೆಯೇ ಅತ್ಯಾಚಾರ ಎಸಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂಬ ಆರೋಪ ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿದೆ.

ಕೇರಳ ಮೂಲದ 48 ವರ್ಷದ ಮಹಿಳೆ ಇವರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆಸಿಫ್‌ನಗರದ ಶ್ರೀನಗರ ಕಾಲೋನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 2016 ರಿಂದ ಮಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಳಿಯನೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಮಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಳಿಯ ಖಾಸಗಿ ಕಂಪನಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಈಕೆ ತನ್ನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನನ್ನು ನೋಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಇದ್ದರು ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಇನ್ನು ಅಳಿಯ ಮಹಾಶಯ ತನ್ನ ಅತ್ತೆ ಮಲಗಿದ್ದ ವೇಳೆ ಬಲವಂತವಾಗಿ ಬಾಯಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಲೈಂಗಿಕ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯ ಎಸಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎನ್ನಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಹಿಳೆ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಘಟನೆ ಕಳೆದ ತಿಂಗಳು 13 ರಂದು ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರಕರಣ ಜರುಗಿದ ನಂತರ ಕಾಮುಕ ಅಳಿಯ ನಾಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ.

An incident of sexual assault on Mother in Law has come in to light lately in Hyderabad. Victim is 48-year-old woman from Kerala settled in Hyderabad.
Victim from Asifnagar area has been living in Srinagar colony since 2016 with her daughter and son-in-law. Daughter and son-in-law are working in private companies. The woman stays at home looking after her grandson while they go to their offices. In a complaint to police, the victim stated that while she was sleeping... her son-in-law, who had been intoxicated by alcohol, forcefully shut her mouth and sexually assaulted her. The sexual assault incident occured on the 13th of last month according to her comoplaint.
Son-in-law was reportedly away from home since the incident took place. "The police have registered a case and are investigating the complaint of the victim" said the SHO Panjagutta, Hyderabad in a report to the Hon'ble XIV ADDL Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court at Nampally, Hyderabad.

She said she was accompanied by her daughter Prasanthi Gandhi, son-in-law Hardik Gandhi and 2-year-old grand son. at Flat No: 104, Uday Kiran Apartment, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad.
She has some health problems and takes anti-depression tablets often. On the night of 13-11-2019 she went to sleep taking an anti-depression tablet and a sleeping tablet, at that time her son-in-law was at home in a drunken state, while her daughter went to the office. At about 1100 pm, her son-in-law, Hardik Gandhi, came to her room and forced her into his room and closed her mouth as she tried to shout.
The next day, her daughter asked her why she was crying. Then she revealed the above facts, then her daughter called her husband and told him to come home immediately. When her daughter Prashanthi Gandhi asked her husband Hardik Gandhi about the incident, he pleaded her an apology and left home saying he would take divorce with his wife and send monthly Alimony.

As per the contents of the above complaint I have filed case in CrNo: 651/2019 U / s 376 IPC and handed over the case file to CI. B. Karunakar Reddy for investigation.
