ఈ ఏడాది ఆగస్టు-అక్టోబర్ త్రైమాసికంలో బిజినెస్ కాన్ఫిడెన్స్ సూచీ 15.3 శాతం తగ్గినట్లు ఓ సర్వే వెల్లడించింది. గత కొన్ని త్రైమాసికాల్లో దేశ ఆర్థిక స్థితులు, వ్యాపార వాతావరణం ప్రతికూలంగా కొనసాగుతున్నట్లు పేర్కొంది సర్వే.

దేశంలో గత కొన్ని త్రైమాసికాల్లో ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితులు, వ్యాపార వాతావరణం ప్రతికూలంగా మారినట్లు ఓ నివేదిక వెల్లడించింది. నేషనల్ కౌన్సిల్ ఆఫ్ అప్లైడ్ ఎకనామిక్ రీసర్చ్ (ఎన్సీఏఈఆర్) చేసిన ఈ సర్వేలో దేశ వ్యాపార విశ్వాసంపై పలు కీలక విషయాలు వెల్లడించింది. 600 భారతీయ కంపెనీలపై జరిపిన సర్వే ఆధారంగా నివేదికను రూపొందించింది.

ఈ ఏడాది మే-జులై మూడు నెలలతో పోలిస్తే.. ఆగస్టు-అక్టోబర్ త్రైమాసికంలో బిజినెస్ కాన్ఫిడెన్స్ సూచీ 15.3 శాతం తగ్గినట్లు పేర్కొంది. 2019-20 రెండో త్రైమాసికంలో ఈ సూచీ 103.1 శాతంగా ఉన్నట్లు పేర్కొంది.

గత ఏడాది ఆగస్టు-అక్టోబర్ త్రైమాసికంతో పోలిస్తే.. ఈ ఏడాది అదే సమయంలో బిజినెస్ కాన్ఫిడెన్స్ ఇండెక్స్ 22.5 శాతం క్షీణించినట్లు నివేదిక పేర్కొంది.

STORYLINE:
A bus carrying seven passengers turned over on its side on a snow-slicked highway south of Syracuse as much of New York was hit with its first major snowstorm of the season.
Cortland County sheriff's deputies say no one was seriously hurt in the 1:30 a.m. crash Tuesday of the New York City bound bus. They say unreasonable speed for the conditions was a factor.
The snow total had surpassed 10 inches at the Buffalo airport by Tuesday morning, making the first significant snowfall a record-breaker for the date.
National Weather Service records show the 8.7 inches that fell before 12 a.m. Tuesday broke the record of 5.3 inches set in 1942.
Rochester will eventually be digging out from a similar amount.
Numerous school closures and delays were also reported.
