Sydney FC scored a very late goal to beat Melbourne Victory 2-1 at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Saturday.
Brandon O'Neill put the home side ahead with a powerful drive inside six minutes.
Melbourne, however, drew level ten minutes later when Kosta Barbarouses scored, following Keisuke Honda's assist.
The match looked destined for a draw but Milos Ninkovic's stoppage-time effort gave Sydney an important win in their A-League title chase.
They are now on 48 points, three behind the leaders, Perth Glory.
