గన్నవరం నియోజకవర్గంలో తెదేపా అభ్యర్థి వల్లభనేని వంశీ విస్తృత ప్రచారం నిర్వహించారు. మరోసారి గెలిపిస్తే నియోజకవర్గంలోని ఇళ్ల సమస్యను పరిష్కరిస్తానని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. తెదేపాను గెలిపిస్తే నియోజకవర్గంలోని పేదలకు పక్కా ఇళ్లు నిర్మిస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చారు. ఎన్నికల ప్రచారంలో భాగంగా విజయవాడ రూరల్ మండలంలోని పలు గ్రామాల్లో ఆయన పర్యటించారు. నియోజకవర్గంలో ఇళ్ల సమస్యలు తప్ప మరే సమస్యలు లేవని....ఈ సారి గెలిపిస్తే అవి కూడా పరిష్కరిస్తానని తెలిపారు.
