పెట్రోల్ బంకుల్లో అవకతవకలకు పాల్పడితే కఠినచర్యలు తప్పవని విజిలెన్స్ సీఐ అపర్ణ తెలిపారు. కృష్ణా జిల్లా గుడివాడలోని బంకుల్లో తనిఖీలు చేశారు.
విజిలెన్స్ అధికారుల తనిఖీలు
RESTRICTIONS: SNTV clients only. Use on broadcast and digital channels, including social. Available worldwide excluding host country.
BROADCAST: Scheduled news bulletins only. Max use 3 minutes per day, in no more than 3 bona fide scheduled news or sports news programmes per day. No more than 60 seconds of WTA material may be used in any one programme. These programmes must be separated by a period of at least three hours. WTA Material may appear in short news bulletins, such bulletins to be of a duration of no more than 60 seconds at a frequency of no more than every 60 minutes. WTA material shall constitute no more than 1/3 of each bulletin duration. ALL NEWS OR ALL SPORTS NEWS NETWORKS may use WTA material during multiple news programmes in no more than 6 scheduled programmes per day and does not exceed a total of 30 seconds in any one programme. These programmes must be separated by a period of at least 60 minutes. Use within 48 hours.
DIGITAL: If using on digital or social channels, territorial restrictions must be adhered to by use of geo-blocking technologies, and must ensure no advertising, promotion or publicity is placed before, during or after the broadcast, in such a way to imply an association, relationship or connection between a third party, and/ or a third party's product and/or service and WTA. SNTV digital clients shall ensure that no advertising, promotion, publicity or other message appears at the same time (be it superimposed or otherwise) as any other coverage of WTA 2013-16 which contains the WTA marks. Digital clients may use WTA footage via the Internet or mobile technology providing they SNTV digital clients may use a maximum of 180 seconds of match action/on-court interviews/WTA interviews per day; and a maximum of 60 seconds per match (action) for a maximum of 72 hours after the end of the match.
All clients must give a 5 second on-screen credit to the Rights Holding Broadcast in their particular territory to read as follows "Footage provided by (name of Rights Holding Broadcaster) or WTA if there is no national Rights Holder. Angelique Kerber (Germany) defeated Venus Williams (USA) in straight sets 7-6(7-3) and 6-3 at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden at Indian Wells, California, USA on Thursday.
The first set was closely contested going to a tie-break, and it was Angelique Kerber who won it 7-6(7-3)
Venus Williams was unable to mount a comeback as she fell 6-3 in the second set ending her championship hopes at Indian Wells.
Angelique Kerber will take on Belinda Bencic (Switzerland) in the semi-finals on Friday.
