பாலிவுட்டில் தற்போது முன்னணி நடிகைகளில் ஒருவராக வலம்வரும் கரீனா கபூர், 2000ஆம் ஆண்டு வெளியான ரெஃப்யூஜீ படம் மூலம் அறிமுகமானார். இந்நிலையில், கரீனா கபூர் 2012ஆம் ஆண்டு நடிகர் சைஃப் அலிகானை திருமணம் செய்துகொண்டார்.
இவர்களுக்கு தற்போது இரண்டு குழந்தைகள் உள்ளன. தான் கர்ப்பமாக இருந்த நாள் முதல் பிரசவ நாள் வரையிலான அனுபவத்தை கரீனா கபூர் புத்தகமாக வெளியிட்டார். இப்படி நடிகையாக இருந்து எழுத்தாளராக மாறினார்.
தற்போது தயாரிப்பாளராகவும் களமிறங்கவுள்ளார். ஓடிடியில் பெரும் வரவேற்பைப் பெற்ற இணைய தொடர் 'ஸ்கேம் 1992'. பங்குச்சந்தையில், நடந்த ஊழல் குறித்தான இந்தத் தொடரை ஹன்சல் மேத்தா இயக்கியிருந்தார்.
இப்போது ஹன்சல் மேத்தா உண்மைச் சம்பவத்தை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு புதிய படத்தை இயக்கவுள்ளார். இப்படத்தை பிரபல தயாரிப்பாளர் ஏக்தா கபூருடன் இணைந்து நடிகை கரீனா கபூர் தயாரிக்கவுள்ளார். மேலும் இப்படத்தில் கரீனா கபூரும் முக்கியக் கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடிக்கிறார்.

இப்படத்தின் படப்பிடிப்பு விரைவில் லண்டனில் நடைபெறவுள்ளது. திரையில், தயாரிப்பாளராக அறிமுகமாவது குறித்து கரீனா கூறுகையில், ஏக்தா கபூருடன் இணைந்து தயாரிப்பது எனக்குப் பெருமை. ஹன்சல் மேத்தாவுடன் முதல் முறையாக இணைவதால், இப்படம் சிறப்புவாய்ந்தாக இருக்கும் என்றார்.
கரீனா கபூர் தற்போது ஆமிர் கானுடன் 'லால் சிங் சத்தா' படத்தில் முக்கியக் கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடித்துள்ளார்.
