ਸ਼੍ਰੀਨਗਰ : ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਵਾੜ 'ਚ ਡੈਮ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸੇ 'ਚ 7 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ, ਜਦਕਿ ਇਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਹਾਦਸਾ ਕਰੂਜ਼ਰ ਗੱਡੀ ਦੇ ਪਲਟਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ। ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੱਡੀ 'ਚ 10 ਲੋਕ ਸਵਾਰ ਸਨ। ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਿਆ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡਾ. ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ 'ਤੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਕਰੂਜ਼ਰ ਪਲਟਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਹਾਦਸਾ : ਡੀਸੀ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਵਾੜ ਡਾਕਟਰ ਦੇਵਾਂਸ਼ ਯਾਦਵ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ, ਪਾਕਲ ਦੁਲ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਇੱਕ ਕਰੂਜ਼ਰ ਵਾਹਨ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਵਾੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ 10 ਲੋਕ ਸਵਾਰ ਸਨ। ਹੋਰ ਵੇਰਵਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ 'ਤੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡਾ. ਜਤਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਡਾਂਗਦੁਰੂ ਡੈਮ 'ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੰਦਭਾਗੇ ਸੜਕ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਵਾੜ ਦੇ ਡੀਸੀ ਡਾ. ਦੇਵਾਂਸ਼ ਯਾਦਵ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਸ ਹਾਦਸੇ 'ਚ 7 ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜਦਕਿ ਇਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੋੜ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਵਾੜ ਜਾਂ ਜੀਐਮਸੀ ਡੋਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਪੀੜਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਸੰਭਵ ਮਦਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਪਾਕ ਦੁੱਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਕਰੂਜ਼ਰ ਗੱਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ ਸਵਾਰ : ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪਾਕ ਦੁੱਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਲਈ ਤੇਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਕੁਝ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰ ਅੱਜ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਕਰੂਜ਼ਰ ਗੱਡੀ ’ਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ। ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਗੱਡੀ ਪਲਟ ਗਈ। ਹੇਠਾਂ ਦੱਬਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ। ਘਟਨਾ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਸਥਾਨਕ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਬਚਾਅ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਚਲਾਈ। ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ 'ਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਗੱਡੀ ਕਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਪਲਟ ਗਈ।
