କବୀର ପେଶାରେ ଜଣେ ଆଇନଜୀବୀ । ମୁମ୍ବାଇ ଉଚ୍ଚ ନ୍ୟାୟଳୟରେ ଓକିଲାତି କରୁଥିବା କବୀର ପୁରୁଷ ବର୍ଗ ଅଣ୍ଡର-50ର ତୃତୀୟ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି । ତାଲିକା ଅନୁସାରେ ସେ 11 ଦିନ 11 ଘଣ୍ଟା 25 ମିନିଟରେ 3038ମାଇଲ ଦୂର ଅତିକ୍ରମ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ରେସରେ ଘଣ୍ଟା ଲଗାତାର ଚାଲିଥାଏ । ପ୍ରତିଭାଙ୍କୁ ଆମେରିକାର ପଶ୍ଚିମ ତଟରୁ ପୂର୍ବ ତଟକୁ ପହଞ୍ଚିବା ପାଇଁ 12 ଦିନରୁ କମ ଦିନରେ ପୂରଣ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିଥାଏ । ଏହି ସମୟରେ ଶୋଇବା, ଖାଦ୍ୟ ପରି ସମସ୍ତ ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ପ୍ରତି ମଧ୍ୟ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡିଥାଏ । ଏକକ ବର୍ଗରେ ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆର ଆଲାନ ଜୋଫେରସନ ଯିଏକି 10 ଦିନରେ ଏହି ରେସ ଶେଷ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।
