ବୁଧବାର ରାତିରେ ଖେଳାଯାଇଥିବା ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଅଳ୍ପକେ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକରୁ ବଞ୍ଚିତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ଅଂଶୁ । ମୋଲଦୋଭାର ଅନସ୍ତସିଆଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ 1-5ରେ ପରାସ୍ତ ହେଇଛି ରୌପ୍ୟରେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଜୁନିୟର ରାଙ୍କରୁ ଆସିଥିବା ଅଂଶୁ ଏକାଧିକ ସିନିୟର ଲେଭଲ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟରେ ମେଡାଲ ବିଜେତା ରହିଛନ୍ତି ।
ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସେ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଏସିଆନ ଚମ୍ପିଆନସିପରେ ବ୍ରୋଞ୍ଜ ପଦକ ଜିତିଥିଲେ । ଜାନୁଆରୀରେ ରୋମରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ମାଟିଓ ପେଲିକୋନ ଇଭେଣ୍ଟରେ ରୌପ୍ୟ ପଦକ ହାତେଇଥିଲେ ।
ସେମିଫାଇନାଲରେ ରୁଷିଆର ଭେରନିକା ଚୁମିକୋଭ ଓ କ୍ବାର୍ଟର ଫାଇନାଲରେ ଜର୍ମାନୀର ଲାଉରା ମାର୍ଟିନଙ୍କୁ ହରାଇ ଫାଇନାଲରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଥିଲେ ଅଂଶୁ ।
