ରାଜଧାନୀ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଜଳବନ୍ଦୀ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି । ଯେଉଁଆଡ଼େ ଆଖି ବୁଲାଇଲେ ଖାଲି ପାଣି ଓ ପାଣି । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଟ୍ବିଟରରେ ଟ୍ରେଣ୍ଡ୍ କରୁଛି #Bhubaneswar ।

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର: ଲଘୁଚାପ ଯୋଗୁଁ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ତୁହାକୁ ତୁହା ବର୍ଷା ଲାଗି ରହିଛି । ରାଜଧାନୀ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ବର୍ଷା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଜଳବନ୍ଦୀ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହୋଇଛି । ଯେଉଁଆଡ଼େ ଆଖି ବୁଲାଇଲେ ଖାଲି ପାଣି ଆଉ ପାଣି । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଟ୍ବିଟରରେ ଟ୍ରେଣ୍ଡ୍ କରୁଛି #Bhubaneswar । ବହୁ ୟୁଜର ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ବର୍ଷା ବେହାଲ ଫଟୋ ଓ ଭିଡିଓ ସେୟାର କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାସହ ବିଏମ୍‌ସିକୁ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ଦିଗରେ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେବାକୁ କୁହାଯାଇଛି ।

ଖାଲି ସେତିକି ନୁହେଁ କିଛି ୟୁଜର ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷାକୁ ନେଇ ମିମ୍‌ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେୟାର କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ଲୋକେ କଟକରେ ବର୍ଷା ଜଳବନ୍ଦୀ ସମସ୍ୟା ସହ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ଜଳବନ୍ଦୀ ସମସ୍ୟାକୁ ତୁଳନା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଚଳିତ ମାସର ବର୍ଷା ଗତ ୬୩ ବର୍ଷର ରେକର୍ଡ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଛି । ୨୪ ଘଣ୍ଟାରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରରେ ୨୧୦.୮ ମିଲିମିଟର ବର୍ଷା ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଶେଷ ଥର ପାଇଁ ୧୯୫୮ ମସିହାରେ ୧୬୩ ମିମି ବର୍ଷା ହୋଇଥିଲା ।

ବର୍ଷା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନରେ ଟ୍ରାକ୍ ଉପରେ ଉପରେ ପାଣି ଚାଲୁଛି । ଫଳରେ ଟ୍ରେନ ଚାଲିବା ମୁସ୍କିଲ୍ ହୋଇ ପଡ଼ୁଛି । ଏହି ଚିତ୍ର ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବିଶ୍ବସ୍ତରୀୟ ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନ ଘୋଷଣାର ଅସଲ ମୁଖା ଖୋଲିଥିବା ଆଲୋଚନା ହେଉଛି । ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରେ ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷାକୁ ନେଇ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମନରେ ଭୟ ରହିଛି । ସାରା ସହର ନଦୀ ଭଳି ମନେ ହେଉଛି । ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଘରେ ପାଣି ଭର୍ତ୍ତି ହେଉଛି । ସାଧାରଣ ଜୀବନକୁ ଅସ୍ତବ୍ୟସ୍ତ କରିଛି ଲଗାଣ ବର୍ଷା ।
