Amit Shah Arunachal Visit: ଜମାନା ବଦଳିଗଲାଣି, ସୀମା ଡେଇଁଲେ କଡା ଜବାବ: ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ

ଦୁଇ ଦିନିଆ ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଗସ୍ତରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହ । ଗସ୍ତର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନରେ ଆଜି ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ସ୍ଥିତ ଭାରତ-ଚୀନ ସୀମା ସଂଲଗ୍ନ କିବିଥୁରେ ଶାହା ଭାଇବ୍ରେଣ୍ଟ ଭିଲେଜ ପ୍ରୋଗ୍ରାମ ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଦ୍ବାରା ଭାରତର ସୀମାବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଗ୍ରାମ ଗୁଡିକର ବ୍ୟାପକ ଉନ୍ନତି କରାଯିବ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଭାରତ ସରକାର 4 ହଜାର 800 କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିବେ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ରଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଏହି ଗସ୍ତ ବେଶ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିବେଚନା କରାଯାଉଛି । ଅଧିକ ପଢନ୍ତୁ

ଆଜି ଠାରୁ ଦୁଇ ଦିନିଆ ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଗସ୍ତରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହ । ଗସ୍ତର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନରେ ଆଜି ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ସ୍ଥିତ ଭାରତ-ଚୀନ ସୀମା ସଂଲଗ୍ନ କିବିଥୁରେ ଶାହା ଭାଇବ୍ରେଣ୍ଟ ଭିଲେଜ ପ୍ରୋଗ୍ରାମ ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଦ୍ବାରା ଭାରତର ସୀମାବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଗ୍ରାମ ଗୁଡିକର ବ୍ୟାପକ ଉନ୍ନତି କରାଯିବ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଭାରତ ସରକାର 4 ହଜାର 800 କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିବେ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ରଗୃହ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଏହି ଗସ୍ତ ବେଶ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିବେଚନା କରାଯାଉଛି । କାରଣ ନିକଟରେ ଚୀନ ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶର 11 ଟି ସ୍ଥାନର ନାମ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରି ନିଜର ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଦର୍ଶାଇଛି । ଯାହାକୁ ଭାରତ କଡା ବିରୋଧ କରିଛି । ଚୀନର ଏହି ଷଡଯନ୍ତ୍ରକୁ ଏକ ସପ୍ତାହ ହୋଇନଥିବା ବେଳେ ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହ ସେହି ଅଞ୍ଚଳକୁ ନିଜେ ଯାଇ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସ୍ଥିତି ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିବା ସହ ସୀମାନ୍ତ ଗ୍ରାମବାସୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନା କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହା ସହ ସୀମାରୁ ଚୀନକୁ କଡା ସନ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସମ୍ବୋବଧନ କରି ଶାହ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ‘‘ଭାରତର ଭୂମିକୁ ଅତିକ୍ରମଣ କରିବା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ କାହାର ସାହାସ ନାହିଁ । ଅଖଣ୍ଡ ଭାରତରର ସାର୍ବଭୌମତ୍ବକୁ କ୍ଷୁର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବାକୁ କାହାର ଶକ୍ତି ନାହିଁ । ଭାରତର ଜମି ଓ ସୀମାକୁ ନେଇ କୌଣସି ବି ଶକ୍ତି କିଛି ଷଡଯନ୍ତ୍ର କଲେ ସେନା ପୁରା ଶକ୍ତିର ସହ ସଫା କରିବ । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ସରକାର ସୀମା ସୁରକ୍ଷାକୁ ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସେନାକୁ ପୁରା କ୍ଷମତା ଦିଯାଇଛି । ଦେଶର ସୁରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ସେନା ପୁରା ସକ୍ଷମ ।’’ ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହ ଆହୁରି କହିଛନ୍ତି ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ବାସୀଙ୍କ ଜୋଶ ଓ ଶକ୍ତି 1962 ରେ ଚୀନର ଚିନ୍ତା ବଢାଇ ଦେଇଥିଲା । ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସମୟ ବିପରୀତ ଥିଲା । ଏବେ ସୀମାବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଲୋକ କହୁଛନ୍ତି ଆମେ ଦେଶର ଅନ୍ତିମ ଗାଁ ନୋହୁଁ... ଆମେ ଦେଶର ପ୍ରଥମ ଗାଁ । କାରଣ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋଦି ସେହି ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରାକୁ ବଦଳାଇ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ସୀମାକୁ ନେଇ ଦୂରଦର୍ଶୀ ସମ୍ପନ ଯୋଜନା ହୋଇଛି । ସୁଦୃଢ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ହେଉଛି । ସମସ୍ତ ମୌଳିକ ସୁବିଧା ଆଜି ସୀମାରେ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ । ସୀମାବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ସମ୍ବେଦନଶୀଳ ଓ ଅଗ୍ରାଧିକାର ଭିତ୍ତିରେ କାମ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ।

ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ଯଯେ ଆଜି ଠାରୁ ଦୁଇ ଦିନିଆ ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଗସ୍ତରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହ । ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ର କିବିଥୁରେ ଜଳ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ପରିଯୋଜନାର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ଜଳ ବିଦ୍ୟୁତ ପରିଯୋଜନା ଦ୍ବାରା ରାଜ୍ୟର ସୀମାବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଗାଁ ଗୁଡିକୁ ବିଜୁଳି ଯୋଗାଇ ଦିଆଯିବ । କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ଦେଶର ସୀମାବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଗାଁ ଗୁଡିକ ପାଇଁ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷ 2022-23 ରୁ 2025-26 ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସଡକ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ 2500 କୋଟି, ସହିତ ଭାଇବ୍ରେଣ୍ଟ ଭିଲେଜ ପ୍ରୋଗ୍ରାମ ପାଇଁ 4 ହଜାର 800 କୋଟି ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଭାଇବ୍ରେଣ୍ଟ ଭିଲେଜ ପ୍ରୋଗ୍ରାମ ହେଉଛି ଏକ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରୀୟ ଯୋଜନା । ଏହି ଯୋଜନା ଦ୍ବାରା ଭାରତ ସରକାର ଉତ୍ତର ପୂର୍ବ ରାଜ୍ୟ (ଚୀନ ସୀମାକୁ ସଂଲଗ୍ନ ଥିବା) ଅରୁଣାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ, ସିକ୍କିମ, ଉତ୍ତରାଖଣ୍ଡ, ହିମାଚଳ ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଓ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶାସିତ ଲଦାଖର ମୋଟ 19 ଜିଲ୍ଲା 46 ବ୍ଲକର 2 ହଜାର 967 ଗାଁର ବ୍ୟାପକ ବିକାଶ କରୁଛନ୍ତି । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦିଷ୍ଟ ଭାବେ ଅଧିକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ଦେଇ ସରକାର ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କାଳୀନ ଭିତ୍ତିରେ ବିକାଶ ସହ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ଓ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ରୋଜଗାର ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ କାମ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ।
