ଚଣ୍ଡିଗଡ: ପଞ୍ଜାବ ଲୁଧିଆନାରେ ପୋଲିସ ଏନକାଉଣ୍ଟରେ କୁଖ୍ୟାତ ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗଷ୍ଟାର ସୁଖଦେବ ସିଂ ଓରଫ ବିିକି ମୃତ । ଆଜି ସଂଧ୍ୟାରେ ଲୁଧିଆନା ନିକଟରେ ତାକୁ ପୋଲିସ ଏନକାଉଣ୍ଟର କରିଛି । ତାର ନାମରେ 25ରୁ ଅଧିକ ସଙ୍ଗୀନ ମାମଲା ରହିଥିଲା । ସେ ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିନ ହେବ ଫେରାର ରହି ଅପରାଧିକ ମାମଲା ଘଟାଉଥିଲା । ଆଜି ସଂଧ୍ୟାରେ ସେ ଲୁଧିଆନାରେ ନିଜର କିଛି ସହଯୋଗୀଙ୍କ ସହ ଅପରାଧ ଯୋଜନା କରୁଥିବା ସୂଚନା ମିଳିବା ପରେ ପୋଲିସ ଟିମ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଥିଲା । ଏଥିରେ ବିକି ଓ ତାର ସହଯୋଗୀମାନେ ପୋଲିସ ଉପରୁ ଗୁଳି ମାଡ କରି ଖସି ପଳାଇବାକୁ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରିଥିଲେ । ପୋଲିସ ଏନକାଉଣ୍ଟରରେ ବିକିର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଛି ।

ପୋଲିସ ସୂଚନା ଅନୁସାରେ, ଅନ୍ୟ ତିନି ଅପରାଧିକ ସହଯୋଗୀଙ୍କୁ ପୋଲିସ ଗିରଫ କରିଛି । ପୋଲିସ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆତ୍ମସମର୍ପଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚେତାବନୀ ଦେବା ସହ ଗିରଫ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରୟାସ କରିଥିଲା । ମାତ୍ର ସେମାନେ ପୋଲିସ ଉପରକୁ ଗୁଳି କରିଥିଲେ । ଏଥିରେ ଜଣେ ପୋଲିସ କର୍ମୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆହତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ତାଙ୍କ ଦେହରେ ଗୁଳି ବାଜିଛି ଓ ସେ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତରିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗଷ୍ଟାର ବିକିର ମୃତଦେହ ବ୍ୟବଚ୍ଛେଦ ପାଇଁ ପଠାଇଛି ପୋଲିସ । ଅନ୍ୟ ତିନି ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତକୁ ହେପାଜତକୁ ନିଆଯାଇଛି ।

ଲୁଧିଆନା ପୋଲିସ କମିଶନର କୁଳଦୀପ ଚହଲଙ୍କ ଅନୁସାରେ, ରାଜ୍ୟର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଥାନାରେ ବିକି ନାମରେ 28ଟି ସଙ୍ଗୀନ ମାମଲା ରହିଥିଲା । ସେ ତାର ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗକୁ ଧରିବା ପାଇଁ ପୋଲିସ ଦୀର୍ଘ ଦିନ ହେବ ଚଢାଉ କରିଆସୁଥିଲା । ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମନୋହର ଲାଲ ଖଟ୍ଟର ମଧ୍ୟ ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍ଗଷ୍ଟାରଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ କଡା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବାକୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଆଜି ବିକି ଏନକାଉଣ୍ଟରରେ ନିପାତ ହୋଇଛି । ଅନ୍ୟ ଅପରାଧୀଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମାନ ଢଙ୍ଗରେ ପୋଲିସ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଜାରି ରଖିବ । ପଞ୍ଜାବର ଅନେକ କୁଖ୍ୟାତ ଅପରାଧୀ ଏବେ କାନାଡା ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶରେ ଆତ୍ମଗୋପନ କରି ଭାରତରେ ଫିକ୍ସିଂ ଜାରି ରଖିଛନ୍ତି । ଏଥିରେ ଗୋଲ୍ଡି ବରାର ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଅନ୍ୟତମ । ସିଦ୍ଧୁ ମୁସେଓ୍ବାଲା ହତ୍ୟା ମାମଲାରେ ଏହି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଥିଲା । ଏବେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହି ଗ୍ୟାଙ୍କର ବହୁ ସଦସ୍ୟ କାନାଡାରେ ରହି ଅପରାଧ କରୁଛନ୍ତି ।
