अहमदाबाद : भारत विरुद्ध वेस्ट इंडिज (India v West Indies) यांच्यातील वनडे तीन सामन्यांच्या वनडे मालिकेला आजपासून (रविवार) होणार आहे. या मालिकेतील पहिला सामना अहमदाबाद येथील नरेंद्र मोदी स्टेडियमवर खेळला जाणार आहे. तसेच या मालिकेत रोहित शर्मा भारतीय संघाचा पूर्णवेळ कर्णधार म्हणून भारतीय संघाचे नेतृत्व करणार आहे. तसेच हा सामना भारतीय संघाचा 1000 वा एकदिवसीय सामना आहे. या सामन्यात भारतीय संघ लता मंगेशकर यांच्या सन्मानार्थ काळ्या पट्ट्या बांधून मैदानावर उतरतील.

गानकोकिळा भारतरत्न लता मंगेशकर यांचे निधन झाले ( Lata Mangeshkar Passed Away ) आहे. त्या 92 वर्षाच्या होत्या. गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून त्यांच्यावर ब्रीच कँडी ( Breach Candy Hospital Mumbai ) रुग्णालयात गेल्या काही दिवसांपासून उपचार सुरु होते. लतामंगेशकर यांच्या सन्मानार्थ, आज अहमदाबाद येथील नरेंद्र मोदी स्टेडियमवर भारत आणि वेस्ट इंडिज यांच्यातील सामन्यात भारताचे खेळाडू हातावर काळ्या पट्ट्या बांधून मैदानात उतरतील. तसेच राष्ट्रध्वज अर्ध्यावर फडकवला जाणार आहे, अशी माहिती बीसीसीआयचे उपाध्यक्ष राजीव शुक्ला यांनी दिली आहे.
