पुजाराचा 100 वा कसोटी सामना : दुसऱ्या कसोटीत भारताने ऑस्ट्रेलियाचा 6 विकेट्सने पराभव केला. प्रथम फलंदाजी करत ऑस्ट्रेलियाने पहिल्या डावात 263 धावा केल्या. प्रत्युत्तरात टीम इंडियाने 262 धावा केल्या. यानंतर दुसऱ्या डावात ऑस्ट्रेलियाचा डाव 113 धावांत गडगडला. भारताने सामन्याच्या तिसऱ्या दिवशी 26 व्या षटकात लक्ष्य गाठून दणदणीत विजय मिळवला. दुसऱ्या डावात भारताला 114 धावांचे लक्ष मिळाले होते, जे भारताने 4 गड्यांच्या मोबदल्यात सहजरित्या गाठले. केएस भरतने 23 धावांवर तर चेतेश्वर पुजार 31 धावांवर नाबाद राहिले. हा सामना चेतेश्वर पुजारासाठी खास होता, कारण हा त्याचा 100 वा कसोटी सामना होता. असे करणारा तो भारताचा 13वा खेळाडू ठरला. या खास प्रसंगी ऑस्ट्रेलियाचा कर्णधार पॅट कमिन्सने त्याला संघाच्या खेळाडूंनी स्वाक्षरी केलेली जर्सी भेट दिली.
