മുഹമ്മദ് ഷമിക്കെതിരെ അറസ്റ്റ് വാറണ്ട്; ചാർജ് ഷീറ്റ് കണ്ടതിന് ശേഷം നടപടിയെന്ന് ബിസിസിഐ

15 ദിവസത്തിനകം കീഴടങ്ങുകയോ ജാമ്യമെടുക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യണം. ഭാര്യ ഹസിൻ ജഹാൻ നല്‍കിയ പീഡനകേസിന്‍റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് ജില്ലാ കോടതിയുടെ വിധി

കൊല്‍ക്കത്ത: ഗാർഹിക പീഡന കേസില്‍ ഇന്ത്യൻ ക്രിക്കറ്റ് താരം മുഹമ്മദ് ഷമിക്കെതിരെ അലിപ്പൂർ ജില്ലാ കോടതി അറസ്റ്റ് വാറണ്ട് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചു. ഷമിക്കും സഹോദരൻ ഹസീദ് അഹമ്മദിനുമെതിരെയാണ് അറസ്റ്റ് വാറണ്ട്. 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം കീഴടങ്ങുകയോ ജാമ്യമെടുക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യണമെന്നാണ് വാറണ്ടില്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. അതേസമയം ചാർജ്ഷീറ്റ് കാണുന്നത് വരെ ഷമിക്കെതിരെ നടപടിയെടുക്കില്ലെന്ന് ബിസിസിഐ വ്യക്‌തമാക്കി.

ഷമിയുടെ ഭാര്യ ഹസിൻ ജഹാൻ നല്‍കിയ പീഡനകേസിന്‍റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് ജില്ലാ കോടതിയുടെ വിധി. നിലവില്‍ വെസ്റ്റ് ഇൻഡീസിനെതിരെ ടെസ്റ്റ് പരമ്പര കളിക്കുന്ന ടീമിനൊപ്പമാണ് മുഹമ്മദ് ഷമി. ഹസിന്‍റെ പരാതിയില്‍ ഷമി ഇതുവരെ കോടതിയില്‍ ഹാജരായിട്ടില്ല. ഇതേ തുടർന്നാണ് കോടതി അറസ്റ്റ് വാറണ്ട് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം ഷമിക്കെതിരെ സമാനമായ കേസുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. താരത്തിനെതിരെ കോഴ ഇടപാട് അടക്കമുള്ള ആരോപണങ്ങൾ ഭാര്യ ഉന്നയിച്ചിരുന്നു.
