ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി : ഗാന്ധി ജയന്തി ദിനത്തില്‍ ഡല്‍ഹിയിലെ രാജ്‌ഘട്ടില്‍ എത്തി മഹാത്മഗാന്ധിക്ക് ആദരം അര്‍പ്പിച്ച് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി (PM Modi Pays Tribute To Mahatma Gandhi). മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധി ലോകത്തെയാകെ സ്വാധീനിച്ചെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി തന്‍റെ എക്‌സ് (നേരത്തെ ട്വിറ്റര്‍) ഹാന്‍ഡലില്‍ കുറിച്ചു (PM Modi On Gandhi Jayanti).

കോണ്‍ഗ്രസ് അധ്യക്ഷനും രാജ്യസഭ പ്രതിപക്ഷ നേതാവുമായ മല്ലികാര്‍ജുന്‍ ഖാര്‍ഗെയും ഇന്ന് രാവിലെ രാജ്‌ഘട്ടിലെത്തി മഹാത്മാഗാന്ധിക്ക് ആദാരഞ്ജലി അര്‍പ്പിച്ചു. ലോക്‌സഭ സ്‌പീക്കര്‍ ഓം ബിര്‍ള, ഡല്‍ഹി ലഫ്‌റ്റനന്‍റ് ഗവര്‍ണര്‍ എല്‍ജി സക്‌സേന എന്നിവരും രാജ്‌ഘട്ടില്‍ എത്തിയിരുന്നു.
രാഷ്‌ട്രപതി ദ്രൗപതി മുര്‍മു ഇന്നലെ (ഒക്‌ടോബര്‍ 1) ഗാന്ധി ജയന്തി സന്ദശം പങ്കുവച്ചിരുന്നു. രാജ്യത്തിന്‍റെ ക്ഷേമത്തിനായി സ്വയം സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുകയും ചിന്തകളിലും സംസാരത്തിലും പ്രവകത്തികളിലും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ മൂല്യങ്ങളും ആശയങ്ങളും പിന്തുടരാന്‍ രാജ്യത്തെ ജനങ്ങളോട് രാഷ്‌ട്രപതി ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
