തീവ്രവാദി റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്‍റ്; രണ്ട് പേർ അറസ്റ്റില്‍

തീവ്രവാദിയായ അബ്ബാസ് ഷെയ്ഖിന്‍റെ സഹോദരി, കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട ഭീകരൻ തൗസിഫിന്‍റെ അമ്മ നസീമ ബാനോ എന്നിവരെയാണ് പൊലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്.

ശ്രീനഗർ: ജമ്മു കശ്‌മീരില്‍ തീവ്രവാദി റിക്രൂട്ട്മെന്‍റ് നടത്തിയതിന് രണ്ട് പേരെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു. തീവ്രവാദിയായ അബ്ബാസ് ഷെയ്ഖിന്‍റെ സഹോദരി, കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ട ഭീകരൻ തൗസിഫിന്‍റെ അമ്മ നസീമ ബാനോ എന്നിവരെയാണ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തതെന്ന് കശ്മീരിലെ ഇന്‍സ്‌പെക്ടർ ജനറല്‍ ഓഫ് പൊലീസ് വിജയ് കുമാർ പറഞ്ഞു.

ഇവർ യുവാക്കളെ ഭീകരസംഘടനയിലേക്ക് ചേർക്കുകയും പരിശീലനം നല്‍കുകയും ചെയ്തിരുന്നതായി പൊലീസ് പറഞ്ഞു. അറസ്റ്റിലായ സ്ത്രീയുടെ ഫോട്ടോയും പൊലീസ് പുറത്ത് വിട്ടു. മകനൊപ്പം ആയുധവുമായി ഇരിക്കുന്ന ചിത്രം തീവ്രവാദ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളില്‍ സജീവമായിരുന്നുവെന്ന് തെളിയിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്നും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ പറഞ്ഞു. അതേസമയം, തെളിവുകളില്ലാതെ തീവ്രവാദികളുടെ കുടുംബങ്ങളെ സൈനികർ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നു എന്ന വാർത്തകൾ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ നിഷേധിച്ചു. തെളിവുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് അറസ്റ്റെന്നും ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ പറഞ്ഞു.
