ഇതൊരു ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട സംഭവമല്ലെന്നും രാജ്യത്തെ നിരവധി സ്‌ത്രീകൾ നേരിടുന്ന അക്രമങ്ങളുടെ ഒരു രൂപം മാത്രമാണെന്നും രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി പ്രതികരിച്ചു.

ന്യൂഡൽഹി: യുവതിയെ ഒരു സംഘം പുരുഷന്മാർ ക്രൂരമായി മർദിക്കുന്ന വീഡിയോ ട്വിറ്ററിലൂടെ പങ്കുവെച്ച് കോൺഗ്രസ് നേതാവ് രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി. വീഡിയോയിൽ കാണുന്നത് ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ട സംഭവമല്ല. രാജ്യത്തെ നിരവധി സ്‌ത്രീകൾ നേരിടുന്ന അക്രമങ്ങളുടെ ഒരു രൂപം മാത്രമാണിത്. ഒരു ഭാഗത്ത് സ്ത്രീത്വത്തെ മഹത്വവത്കരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു സംസ്‌കാരം നിലനിർത്തുകയും അതേ സമയം മറ്റൊരു ഭാഗത്ത് ക്രൂരമായി ആക്രമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നുവെന്ന് രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി ട്വിറ്ററിൽ കുറിച്ചു. ട്വീറ്റിൽ അദ്ദേഹം ആരെയും പരാമർശിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
