ജസ്റ്റിസ് എസ്‌.മുരളീധറിന്‍റെ സ്ഥലം മാറ്റം ലജ്ജാകരമെന്ന് പ്രിയങ്കാ ഗാന്ധി

ദുരൂഹ സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ മരിച്ച ജസ്റ്റിസ് ബി.എച്ച്.ലോയയെ അനുസ്‌മരിച്ചായിരുന്നു രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി വിഷയത്തിൽ പ്രതികരിച്ചത്

ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: ജസ്റ്റിസ് എസ്.മുരളീധറിന്‍റെ സ്ഥലം മാറ്റം ഞെട്ടിപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല, മറിച്ച് ഖേദകരവും ലജ്ജാകരവുമാണെന്ന് പ്രിയങ്കാ ഗാന്ധി. വടക്കുകിഴക്കന്‍ ഡല്‍ഹി കലാപവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് നിരവധി ഉത്തരവുകൾ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച ജസ്റ്റിസ് മുരളീധറിന്‍റെ സ്ഥലം മാറ്റത്തിനെതിരായി ട്വിറ്ററിലൂടെയാണ് പ്രിയങ്ക തന്‍റെ പ്രതിഷേധമറിയിച്ചത്. ദശലക്ഷക്കണക്കിന് ഇന്ത്യക്കാർക്ക് നീതിന്യായ വ്യവസ്ഥയില്‍ വിശ്വാസമുണ്ട്. നീതിയെ കബളിപ്പിക്കാനും അവരുടെ വിശ്വാസം തകർക്കാനുമുള്ള സർക്കാർ ശ്രമങ്ങൾ അപലപനീയമാണെന്നും പ്രിയങ്ക അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.

അർധരാത്രിയോടെയായിരുന്നു ജസ്റ്റിസ് എസ്.മുരളീധറിനെ ഡൽഹി ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ നിന്നും പഞ്ചാബ്-ഹരിയാന ഹൈക്കോടതിയിലേക്ക് സ്ഥലം മാറ്റിയത്. 1984ലെ സിഖ് കലാപം പോലെയൊരു സാഹചര്യത്തിലേക്ക് ഡല്‍ഹി കലാപം മാറാന്‍ അനുവദിക്കില്ലെന്നും ജസ്റ്റിസ് എസ്.മുരളീധര്‍ നേരത്തെ വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിരുന്നു. കൂടാതെ വിദ്വേഷ പ്രസംഗം നടത്തിയ ബിജെപി നേതാക്കള്‍ക്കെതിരെ കേസെടുക്കാനും ഉത്തരവിട്ടിരുന്നു.

ദുരൂഹ സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ മരിച്ച ജസ്റ്റിസ് ബി.എച്ച്.ലോയയെ അനുസ്‌മരിച്ചായിരുന്നു രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി വിഷയത്തിൽ പ്രതികരിച്ചത്. സ്ഥലം മാറ്റം നേരിടാത്ത ധീരനായ ജഡ്‌ജി ലോയയെ ഓർക്കുന്നുവെന്നായിരുന്നു രാഹുല്‍ ഗാന്ധി ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്‌തത്.

സൊഹ്റാബുദീന്‍ ഷെയ്ഖ് വ്യാജ ഏറ്റുമുട്ടല്‍ കേസില്‍ അധ്യക്ഷനായിരുന്ന ലോയ, 2014 ഡിസംബറിലായിരുന്നു നാഗ്‌പൂരിൽ ദുരൂഹ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ മരണമടഞ്ഞത്.
