അമരാവതി: ആന്ധ്രാപ്രദേശില്‍ നിയമസഭാ സമിതി പിരിച്ചുവിടുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രമേയം നിയമസഭ പാസാക്കി. തിങ്കളാഴ്‌ച ചേർന്ന നിയമസഭാ യോഗമാണ് എതിരില്ലാതെ പ്രമേയം പാസാക്കിയത്. 133 അംഗങ്ങൾ അനുകൂലമായി വോട്ടു ചെയ്‌തു. പ്രമേയം പാസായതിനാല്‍ ഗവർണറുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിന് ശേഷം തുടർനടപടികൾക്കായി കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരിന് അയക്കും.
നേരത്തെ ആന്ധ്രയ്‌ക്ക് മൂന്ന് തലസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ രൂപീകരിക്കാനുള്ള മുൻ സർക്കാരിന്‍റെ തീരുമാനം നിയമസഭാ സമിതി തള്ളിയിരുന്നു. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിന് മൂന്ന് തലസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ രൂപീകരിക്കാനുള്ള ബില്‍ സിലക്ട് കമ്മിറ്റിക്ക് വിടാനായിരുന്നു നിയമസഭാ സമിതിയുടെ തീരുമാനം. ഇതിന് പിന്നാലെയാണ് ആന്ധ്രാ പ്രദേശ് സർക്കാരിന്‍റെ ഈ നീക്കം. രാജ്യസഭാ മാതൃകയില്‍ ആന്ധ്രാ പ്രദേശിലെ ഉപരിസഭയാണ് നിയമസഭാ സമിതി. നിയമസഭാ അംഗങ്ങളാണ് സമിതി അംഗങ്ങളെ വോട്ടെടുപ്പിലൂടെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നത്. അംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ആറ് വർഷമാണ് കാലാവധി. 175 അംഗ നിയമസഭയില്‍ ജഗൻ സർക്കാരിന് 151 എംഎല്‍എമാരുടെ ഭൂരിപക്ഷമുണ്ട്. എന്നാല്‍ ചന്ദ്രബാബു നായിഡുവിന്‍റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള പ്രതിപക്ഷ പാർട്ടിയായ ടിഡിപിക്ക് 58 അംഗ നിയമസഭ സമിതിയില്‍ 27 അംഗങ്ങളും ഭരണകക്ഷിയായ വൈഎസ്ആർ കോൺഗ്രസിന് ഒമ്പത് അംഗങ്ങളുമാണുള്ളത്. ഇതാണ് സമിതി പിരിച്ചുവിടാനുള്ള നീക്കത്തിന് പിന്നില്‍. 2021ല്‍ മാത്രമേ ജഗൻമോഹൻ റെഡ്ഡിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള വൈഎസ്ആർ കോൺഗ്രസിന് നിയമസഭാ സമിതിയില്‍ മേല്‍കൈ നേടാൻ സാധിക്കൂ.

Legislative assembly HAS PASSED THE RESOLUTION FOR ABOLITION OF legislative council eventually. The Andhra Pradesh cabinet has approved the abolition of the legislative council THIS MORNING after its chairman referred the three-capital Bill to the select committee on discretionary powers. They also passed a resolution in legislatlive assembly which was passed this evening. With only one day discussion YCP government has abolished legislative council.
" Council has become an obstacle to the devolopment of state. they are trying hard to obstruct important bills that are useful to the public And they are doing politics where main discussions should go well." This is what state government is preaching. council abolition discussion has started when council chariman adviced the two bills to sent to select committee.
Jagan has put the resolution in the assembly after cabinet's approval. Later speaker gave the permission to discuss on council abolition. TDP MLA'S did not attend the assembly meeting. Ruling party MLA'S participated in the discussion making the resolution strong. Janasena's only MLA also spoke supporting YCP.
MANY YCP MLA'S commented on council saying council has become abode of politics where discussions concerning about the development should go on BUT THE REVERSE IS HAPPENILNG.
CM JAGAN spoke about the resolution mainly targetting chandra babu naidu. He also Commented the amendments made by council is not necessary to be considered by assembly.He ended up his speech that he was hoping that every one shall support the council abolition resolution.
VOTING was conducted in assembly on council aboliton. EXCEPT ministers MOPIDEVI,PILLI SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE ,EVERY ONE PARTICIPATED IN THE VOTING. 133 MEMMBERS SUPPORTED THE ABOLITON. SPEAKER TAMMINENI SITHARAM ANNOUNCED THE RESOLUTION HAS PASSED IN THE ASSEMBLY, adjourning the assembly indefinitely.
NOW THIS COUNCIL ABOLITION RESOLUTION SHALL GO THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT. THE FUTURE OF THE COUNCIL NOW DEPENDS UPON THE DECISION CENTRAL GOVERNMENT TAKES.
