ന്യൂഡൽഹി: ആദ്യ സംയുക്ത സൈനിക മേധാവിയായി ചുമതലയേറ്റ ജനറല്‍ ബിപിന്‍ റാവത്തിന് അഭിനന്ദനവുമായി പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്രമോദി. അത്യധികം സൂക്ഷ്‌മതയോടെയാണ് അദ്ദേഹം രാജ്യത്തെ സേവിച്ചതെന്നും മോദി അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.
