ജിഎസ്‌ടി നഷ്‌ടപരിഹാരത്തിനായി കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ നിർദേശങ്ങൾ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ തള്ളിക്കളയണമെന്നും ഈ നിർദേശങ്ങൾ നിയമലംഘനങ്ങളാണെന്നും പി.ചിദംബരം പറഞ്ഞു.

ന്യൂഡൽഹി: സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് ജിഎസ്‌ടി നഷ്‌ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ നൽകിയ നിർദേശങ്ങൾ തള്ളിക്കളയണമെന്ന് മുതിർന്ന കോൺഗ്രസ് നേതാവ് പി. ചിദംബരം. സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്‌ടം നികത്താൻ റിസർവ് ബാങ്കിൽനിന്നു വായ്‌പ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് സൗകര്യമൊരുക്കാമെന്നാണ് ജിഎസ്‌ടി കൗൺസിൽ കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാറിനോട് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയത്. സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ ഒരുമിച്ച് കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ നിർദേശങ്ങൾ തള്ളിക്കളയണമെന്നും കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരാണ് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് പണം കണ്ടെത്തി സംസ്ഥാന സർക്കാരുകൾക്ക് നൽകേണ്ടതെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്‌തു.

മോദി സർക്കാരിന്‍റെ നിർദേശങ്ങൾ നിയമലംഘനമാണ്. കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാരിന്‍റെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ നിന്ന് പിന്നോട്ട് പോകുന്ന നടപടിയാണിത്. രണ്ട് നിർദേശങ്ങളിലും കേന്ദ്ര സർക്കാർ സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളുടെമേൽ ബാധ്യത അടിച്ചേൽപ്പിക്കുകയാണെന്നും അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളെ സാമ്പത്തികമായി തകർക്കുന്നതിനും കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽ നിന്ന് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ യാചിക്കണമെന്ന സാഹചര്യമാണ് ഒരുക്കുന്നത്. സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾക്ക് നേരെയുള്ള ഏറ്റവും പുതിയ ആക്രമണമാണ് ഇതെന്നും ചിദംബരം പറഞ്ഞു.
