ശ്രീനഗർ: ജമ്മു കശ്മീരിലെ രംബാൻ ജില്ലയിലെ ബടോടിൽ തീവ്രവാദികൾ ബന്ദിയാക്കിയ വീട്ടുടമസ്ഥനെ മോചിപിച്ചു. മൂന്ന് തീവ്രവാദികളെ വധിച്ചതായി ജമ്മു കശ്മീർ ഐജി അറിയിച്ചു. പ്രദേശത്ത് നിന്ന് വൻ ആയുധ ശേഖരവും പിടിച്ചെടുത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ജമ്മു - ശ്രീനനഗർ ഹൈവേയിൽ സൈനിക വേഷത്തിലെത്തിയ ഭീകരർ യാത്ര ബസ് തടഞ്ഞു നിർത്താൻ ശ്രമിച്ചതിന് പിന്നാലെയാണ് സുരക്ഷ സേനയുമായി ഏറ്റുമുട്ടലുണ്ടായത്. തുടർന്ന് സമീപത്തെ വീട്ടിൽ കയറിയ ഭീകരർ വീട്ടുടമസ്ഥനെ ബന്ദിയാക്കുകയും, സൈന്യത്തിനു നേരെ വെടിവയ്പ്പ് നടത്തുകയുമായിരുന്നു. രാവിലെ തുടങ്ങിയ ഏറ്റുമുട്ടലിൽ ഒരു ഇന്ത്യൻ ജവാനും കൊല്ലപ്പെട്ടു. മൂന്ന് പൊലീസുകാർക്ക് പരിക്കേറ്റിട്ടുണ്ട്.
