ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: കൊവിഡ് 19 വ്യാപനത്തെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഇറ്റലിയില്‍ കുടുങ്ങിയ ഇന്ത്യക്കാരെ നാട്ടിലെത്തിക്കാന്‍ എയര്‍ഇന്ത്യയുടെ പ്രത്യേക വിമാനം മിലാനിലേക്ക് പുറപ്പെടുമെന്ന് വിദേശകാര്യ സഹമന്ത്രി വി മുരളീധരൻ അറിയിച്ചു. "മിലാനില്‍ കുടുങ്ങി കിടക്കുന്ന ഇന്ത്യക്കാരെ തിരികെയെത്തിക്കാന്‍ ശനിയാഴ്ച ഉച്ചക്ക് ശേഷം എയര്‍ഇന്ത്യ വിമാനം പുറപ്പെടും. ഈ വിമാനത്തിൽ 200 മുതല്‍ 250 യാത്രക്കാരെ തിരികെ കൊണ്ടുവരാന്‍ സാധിക്കുമെന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്, ”മുരളീധരൻ വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച ട്വീറ്റിലൂടെ പറഞ്ഞു.

ശനിയാഴ്ച ഉച്ചക്ക് ഒരുമണിക്ക് പുറപ്പെടുന്ന വിമാനം ഞായറാഴ്ച രാവിലെ 7.45ന് ഡല്‍ഹി വിമാനത്താവളത്തില്‍ തിരിച്ചെത്തുമെന്ന് മുതിർന്ന സിവിൽ ഏവിയേഷൻ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്‍ വ്യക്തമാക്കി.
