ಅಫ್ಘಾನಿಸ್ತಾನದಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಬೆದರಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿಕ್ ಎಮಿರೇಟ್ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಾಲಿಬಾನ್ ವಕ್ತಾರ ಜಬೀಉಲ್ಲಾ ಮುಜಾಹಿದ್ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ, ಅಫ್ಘಾನಿಸ್ತಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲೇ ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಿಕ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿದರು.

ನಾವು ಯಾರೊಂದಿಗೂ ದ್ವೇಷ ಹೊಂದಿಲ್ಲ ಮತ್ತು ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕನ ಆದೇಶದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಕ್ಷಮೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಅವರು ಇದೇ ವೇಳೆ ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ದೇಶದ ಸೇನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇವೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದವರು ಮತ್ತು ವಿದೇಶಿ ಪಡೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡಿದವರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಯಾರ ವಿರುದ್ಧವೂ ಪ್ರತೀಕಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಜಬೀಉಲ್ಲಾ ಮುಜಾಹಿದ್ ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಷ್ಟೇ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸೈನಿಕರನ್ನು, ನಾಯಕರ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನ ತಾಲಿಬಾನ್​ ಸೇನೆ ಹುಡುಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಭರವಸೆಯನ್ನ ವಿಶ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
