2018ರ ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 21ರಂದು ಚಿತ್ರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಆಗಿ ಥಿಯೇಟರ್​ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಧೂಳೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿತ್ತು. ರಾಕಿಂಗ್​ ಸ್ಟಾರ್​ ಯಶ್​ ಆ್ಯಕ್ಷನ್​ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳು, ಸೆಂಟಿಮೆಂಟ್​ ಸೀನಗಳಂತೂ ಈಗಲೂ ಅಭಿಮಾನಿಗಳ ಕಣ್ಮುಂದೆ ಇದೆ. ಅದರ ಮುಂದುವರಿದ ಭಾಗ ಕೆಜಿಎಫ್​​ ಚಾಪ್ಟರ್​ 2 ಕೂಡ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೂ ಮೀರಿ ಸಿನಿ ಅಂಗಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸದ್ದು ಮಾಡಿತ್ತು. ಪ್ಯಾನ್ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಲೀಸ್ ಆದ ಈ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ಕೇವಲ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲದೇ ಇತರೆ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಅಬ್ಬರಿಸಿತು. ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 21 ಅಂದರೆ ನಿನ್ನೆಗೆ ಈ ಚಿತ್ರ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆ ಆಗಿ 4 ವರ್ಷ ತುಂಬಿದೆ. ಈ ದಿನವನ್ನು ನೆನೆದ ಸಿನಿಮಾ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹೊಂಬಾಳೆ ಫಿಲ್ಮ್ಸ್​ ಹರ್ಷ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದೆ.
