ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ತ್ರಿವಳಿ ತಲಾಖ್ ವಿಧೇಯಕದ ಕುರಿತಾಗಿ ಇಂದು ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರಿ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಯಿತು. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮಹತ್ವದ ವಿಧೇಯಕವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಪ್ರತಿಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದವು.

ಮೋದಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಮೊದಲ ವಿಧೇಯಕಕ್ಕೆ ಮೆಚ್ಚುಗೆಯಾಗಿ 186 ಮತಗಳು ಬಂದರೆ, ವಿರುದ್ಧ 74 ಮತಗಳು ಬಂದವು. ಪತ್ರಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತದಾನ ನಡೆದಿದ್ದು, ನೂತನ ಸಂಸದರ ಮತದಾನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಯಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲಾಯ್ತು.

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕಾನೂನು ಸಚಿವ ರವಿಶಂಕರ್ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ತ್ರಿವಳಿ ತಲಾಖ್ ವಿಧೇಯಕ ಮಂಡಿಸಿದರು. ಮುಸ್ಲಿಂ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗ್ತಿದೆ. ಅವರಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ದೊರೆತು, ಸಬಲೀಕರಣವೂ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಈ ವಿಧೇಯಕ ಕಾನೂನಾಗಿ ಜಾರಿಯಾಬೇಕೆಂಬುದು ಜನರ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷೆ. ಅದು ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ಕೂಡ. ತ್ರಿವಳಿ ತಲಾಖ್ನಿಂದ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರಾದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಇದರಿಂದ ಖಂಡಿತ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಸಿಗುತ್ತೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಆದರೆ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನ ಸಂಸದ ಶಶಿ ತರೂರ್ ವಿರೋಧಿಸಿದರು. ಯಾರು ಕಾನೂನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿ, ಪತ್ನಿಯನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ ಅಂತಹವರಿಗೆಲ್ಲ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗುವಂತ ಕಾನೂನು ತನ್ನಿ. ಏತಕ್ಕೆ ಒಂದೇ ಸಮುದಾಯವನ್ನು ಗುರಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತೀರಿ? ಇಂತಹ ಕಾನೂನಿನಿಂದ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ದುರ್ಬಲರಾಗ್ತಾರೆ. ಕಾನೂನಿನ ದುರ್ಬಳಕೆಯೂ ಆಗುತ್ತೆ ಎಂದರು.

ಆನಂತರ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ರವಿಶಂಕರ್ ಪ್ರಸಾದ್ ಅವರು, ನಮ್ಮ ವಿಧೇಯಕ ಯಾವುದೇ ಜಾತಿ, ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿದ್ದು ಅಲ್ಲ. ಮಹಿಳಾ ಸಬಲೀಕರಣದ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಮುಂದಾದೆವು. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ನ ಸೋನಿಯಾಗಾಂಧಿ ಅಂತಹವರೂ ಮಹಿಳಾ ವಿರೋಧಿ ನಿಲುವಿಗೆ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಸಿದ್ದು ಬೇಸರ ತರಿಸಿತು ಎಂದರು.
