ನಿರ್ಭಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣ: ಆರೋಪಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕ್ಷಮಾಪಣ ಅರ್ಜಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ ದೆಹಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ

ನಿರ್ಭಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರಣದಂಡನೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ ಮುಕೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಿಂಗ್ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕ್ಷಮಾಪಣಾ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ದೆಹಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದೆ.

ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ನಿರ್ಭಯಾ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಮರಣದಂಡನೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾದ ಆರೋಪಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬನಾದ ಮುಕೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಸಿಂಗ್​ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕ್ಷಮಾಪಣ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ದೆಹಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದೆ.

ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ಮುಕೇಶ್​ ಕುಮಾರ್​ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದ ಕ್ಯುರೇಟಿವ್ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್​ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಬೆನ್ನಲ್ಲೆ ಮುಕೇಶ್ ಮುಮಾರ್ ಕ್ಷಮಾಪಣೆ ಕೋರಿ ದೆಹಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಇದೀಗ ದೆಹಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕ್ಷಮಾಪಣ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಲೆಫ್ಟಿನೆಂಟ್​ ​ ಗವರ್ನರ್​ ಈ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗೃಹ ಇಲಾಖೆಗೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಗೃಹ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿಗೆ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ ಕೊಡಲಿದೆ. ನಾಲ್ವರು ಅಪರಾಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಜನವರಿ 22 ರಂದು ಮರಣದಂಡನೆ ವಿಧಿಸಿ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತೀರ್ಪುನೀಡಿತ್ತು.
