नई दिल्ली: उत्तरी पश्चिम दिल्ली के शाहबाद डेयरी इलाके में रविवार रात नाबालिग की चाकू से वार करके हत्या कर दी गई. लड़की 16 साल की है. वह शाहबाद डेयरी के ई ब्लॉक में रहती थी. जानकारी के मुताबिक, वह अपनी दोस्त के साथ जन्मदिन की पार्टी में जाने वाली थी. वह उसको बुलाने उसके घर आई थी. दोस्त जब तक घर से निकलती, तब तक नाबालिग बाहर खड़ी उसका इंतजार कर रही थी.
इसी दौरान आरोपी साहिल आकर नाबालिग से बात करने लगा. किसी बात पर नाराज होकर उसने उस पर चाकू से हमला कर दिया. इसके बाद उसने उस पर पत्थर से भी वार किए. कई वार से घायल होकर वह सड़क पर गिर गई. सूचना पाकर मौके पर पुलिस पहुंची और लड़की को अस्पताल में ले गई, जहां डॉक्टरों ने मृत घोषित कर दिया. पुलिस ने पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया है. दिल्ली पुलिस ने UP के बुलंदशहर से आरोपी साहिल को सोमवार दोपहर गिरफ्तार कर लिया. साहिल की उम्र 20 साल बताई जा रही है.
सूत्रों के अनुसार, पोस्टमॉर्टम रिपोर्ट के प्रारंभिक निष्कर्षों से पता चला कि 16 साल की नाबालिग को 16 बार चाकू मारा गया. किसी भारी वस्तु से हमला करने के बाद उसका सिर फट गया. पुलिस विस्तृत पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट का इंतजार कर रही है.

पहले से परिचित हैं दोनोंः पुलिस उपायुक्त सुमन नलवा ने बताया कि हमने आरोपी साहिल को उत्तर प्रदेश के बुलंदशहर से गिरफ्तार किया है. वह एसी और रेफ्रिजरेटर के लिए मैकेनिक का काम करता था. आगे की जांच चल रही है, हम यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि आरोपी को अधिकतम सजा दी जाए. इससे पहले एडिशनल डीसीपी राजा बंथिया ने बताया कि लड़का और लड़की एक दूसरे को पहले से जानते थे, लेकिन कब से जानते थे यह जांच का विषय है. हमारे पास अभी ज़्यादा जानकारी नहीं आई है, हम इसमें जानकारी इकट्ठा कर रहे हैं. चाकू से 20 से ज्यादा वार किए गए हैं.

लड़की की हत्या की पूरी वारदात मौके पर लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे में दर्ज हो गई है. इस वायरल सीसीटीवी फुटेज को देखकर किसी का भी दिलदहल जाएगा. सीसीटीवी फुटेज में दिख रहा है कि युवक ने कुछ ही सेकंड के अंदर करीब 21 वार किए. वह लहूलुहान होकर सड़क पर गिर गई तो युवक ने उसे लात भी मारा. उसने पास में ही पड़ा पत्थर उसके सिर पर दे मारा. वीडियो को देखकर ऐसा लग रहा है कि यह केवल नाबालिग की हत्या के लिए नहीं बल्कि पहले से कोई व्यक्तिगत दुश्मनी के कारण ऐसा किया गया है.

स्वाति मालीवाल ने दिल्ली पुलिस को भेजा नोटिसः दिल्ली महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष स्वाति मालीवाल ने ट्वीट कर घटना को लेकर दिल्ली पुलिस को नोटिस भेजे जाने की जानकारी दी. उन्होंने ट्वीट किया- दिल्ली के शाहबाद डेयरी में एक नाबालिग मासूम गुड़िया को चाकू गोद-गोदकर मारा गया और उसके बाद पत्थर से उसे कुचल दिया गया. दिल्ली में दरिंदों के हौसले बुलंद हैं. पुलिस को नोटिस जारी कर रहे हैं. सब हदें पार हो गई हैं. मैंने अपने इतने सालों के करियर में इससे ज़्यादा भयानक कुछ नहीं देखा.

वहीं दिल्ली सरकार की मंत्री आतिशी ने घटना को लेकर एलजी पर निशाना साधा है. उन्होंने ट्वीट किया- यह ख़ौफ़नाक हत्या देख कर रूह कांप उठी. मैं दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल को याद दिलाना चाहती हूं कि संविधान ने उन्हें दिल्ली के लोगों की सुरक्षा की ज़िम्मेदारी दी है, परंतु वे अपना सारा समय अरविंद केजरीवाल के काम रोकने में लगाते हैं. मेरा LG साहब से हाथ जोड़ कर निवेदन है कि दिल्ली की महिलाओं की सुरक्षा पर ध्यान दें. आज दिल्ली में महिलाएं बिलकुल भी सुरक्षित नहीं हैं. वहीं, बीजेपी नेता कपिल मिश्रा ने भी ट्वीट किया है.
