আফগান ৰাষ্ট্ৰপতি মহম্মদ আশ্ৰাফ ঘাণি আৰু তেওঁৰ প্ৰতিদ্বন্দ্বী আবদুল্লাহ আবদুল্লাহ, যিয়ে ৰাষ্ট্ৰপতি নিৰ্বাচনত বিজয়ী বুলি দাবী কৰিছে তেওঁলোকে দেওবাৰে ৰাজনৈতিক অচলাবস্থাৰ অৱসান ঘটাবলৈ এক চুক্তি কৰিছে । এই চুক্তিমতে আশ্ৰাফ ঘাণিয়েই ৰাষ্ট্ৰপতি হৈ থাকিব ।

যোৱা বৰ্ষত অনুষ্ঠিত হোৱা আফগানিস্তানৰ ৰাষ্ট্ৰপতি নিৰ্বাচনৰ পাচতেই সৃষ্টি হৈছিল এই অচলাবস্থা । ইয়াৰ প্ৰায় এবছৰ পাচত আফগান ৰাষ্ট্ৰপতি মহম্মদ আশ্ৰাফ ঘাণি আৰু তেওঁৰ প্ৰতিদ্বন্দ্বী আবদুল্লাহ আবদুল্লাহ, যিয়ে ৰাষ্ট্ৰপতি নিৰ্বাচনত বিজয়ী বুলি দাবী কৰি আহিছিল, তেওঁলোকে দেওবাৰে ৰাজনৈতিক অচলাবস্থাৰ অৱসান ঘটাবলৈ এক চুক্তি কৰিছে । এই চুক্তি অনুসৰি আশ্ৰাফ ঘাণিয়েই ৰাষ্ট্ৰপতি হৈ থাকিব ।
