రాజకీయ నాయకులకు సంబంధించిన వేర్వేరు పరువు నష్టం కేసులపై విచారణ చేపట్టింది దిల్లీ కోర్టు. మోదీపై వివాదాస్పద వ్యాఖ్యల కేసులో కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుడు శశిథరూర్కు బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేసింది. మరో కేసులో ఆప్ నాయకులకు బెయిల్ ఇచ్చినా... ఈనెల 16న విచారణకు హాజరుకావాలని దిల్లీ ముఖ్యమంత్రిని ఆదేశించింది.

'పరువు' కేసులు: శశికి బెయిల్- కేజ్రీకి సమన్లు రాజకీయ నేతలు వివిధ సందర్భాల్లో చేసిన వివాదాస్పద వ్యాఖ్యలకు సంబంధించిన పరువు నష్టం కేసులపై విచారణ చేపట్టింది దిల్లీ కోర్టు. ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీపై వివాదాస్పద వ్యాఖ్యలు చేసిన కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుడు శశిథరూర్కు బెయిల్ మంజూరు చేసింది. రూ. 20 వేల పూచీకత్తుపై థరూర్కు బెయిల్ ఇచ్చింది.
థరూర్ వ్యాఖ్యలు మతపరమైన భావాలను దెబ్బతీసేలా ఉన్నాయని భాజపా దిల్లీ నాయకుడు రాజీవ్ బబ్బర్ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు.

దిల్లీలోని ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో పేర్లు అక్రమంగా తొలగించారన్న వ్యాఖ్యలపై భాజపా దాఖలు చేసిన పరువు నష్టం దావాపై విచారణ చేపట్టింది కోర్టు. ఆమ్ ఆద్మీ పార్టీ నేతలు అతిశి, సుశీల్ కుమార్ గుప్తా, మనోజ్ కుమార్కు రూ. 10 వేల పూచీకత్తుతో బెయిల్ ఇచ్చింది.
దిల్లీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి అరవింద్ కేజ్రీవాల్ విచారణకు హాజరు కాకపోవటంపై ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేసింది న్యాయస్థానం. ఈ నెల 16న హాజరు కావాలని ఆదేశిస్తూ సమన్లు జారీ చేసింది.

China's white paper on its trade dispute with the U.S. clearly states China's stance and willingness for consultations, politicians from Brazil and Uruguay told China Central Television (CCTV).
China's State Council Information Office on Sunday released a white paper to provide a comprehensive picture of the China-U.S. economic and trade consultations.
The white paper, titled "China's Position on the China-U.S. Economic and Trade Consultations," devotes three sections to elaborating on the damages of the trade frictions provoked by the United States, the U.S. backtracking on its commitment in the consultations, and China's commitment to credible consultations based on equality and mutual benefit.
"The white paper recently released by China is significant because it strictly and clearly exposes the true intention of the U.S. on the basis of facts and it also shows positive attitudes of China," said Walter Sorrentino, Secretary of Politics and International Relations, and Vice President, of the Communist Party of Brazil.
Sorrentino said the U.S. blames its own economic problems on other countries and its measures against China will pose a threat to the entire global economy rather than solve the problems.
"This is a wrong plan. It further inhibits development of the global economy and restricts global trade, so the global GDP growth will continue slowing down or weakening," Sorrentino said.
Sorrentino praised the China's attitudes to continue consultations with the U.S. and he noted an agreement based on equality, mutual trust and benefit is in the interest of China and the U.S. as well as the world.
Javier Miranda, President of the Frente Amplio party of Uruguay, said he was worried about the trade dispute started by the U.S. and many countries like Uruguay have been affected.
"From a standpoint of South American countries, I worry about the current trade dispute. Now the conflict between the world's two largest economies will make the multilateral process retrograde, make it harder for multilateral dialogues at platforms like the World Trade Organization. Miranda said he appreciates China's attitudes to solve the dispute through dialogue and consultation.

So far, I have seen China still wants the consultation to continue, I think this is what worth mention," he said.
