The wife of former Nissan chairman Carlos Ghosn was appealing to French President Emmanuel Macron to help get her husband out of prison in Japan.
Carlos Ghosn, the former auto industry star, has spent 111 days in prison according to his wife, Carole Ghosn.
Speaking on French radio RTL, Carole Ghosn said she knew he was innocent and that France was "not contesting" his imprisonment despite it being "the great country of human rights."
