STORYLINE:
Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un have become the latest style icons in Hanoi, a week before their second summit to be held in the capital city of Vietnam.
At a barbershop in a small alley, 66-year-old Le Phuc Hai patiently waited for the dye to bleach his natural black hair into the hair color of the president of the United States.
"I really like Donald Trump so I want to have Donald Trump's hairstyle," said Hai, a motor taxi driver.
Over half an hour later, Hai was sporting Trump-inspired orange-blonde locks.
In the next chair sat 9-year-old To Gia Huy, who got the nickname "Un" for his striking similarity to the North Korean leader.
Huy said he was excited that Kim was coming to Hanoi and there might be a chance he could see him in person.
Hai and Huy are among a dozen customers who have come to hairdresser Le Tuan Duong for the leaders' hairdos. Until the summit finishes on Feb. 28, Duong is offering free Trump and Kim haircuts.
Duong said Kim's hairstyle shows youth while Trump's displays power, but he said Kim's is the most popular cut among customers.
